The incompetent, disrespectful manager lady who has been there for a while, is most definitely worn out from that place and clearly doesn’t care to be there anymore. for starters, all of the food on the line looked extremely nasty as if it weren’t covered all day long. and than;
she rushed mine and my families orders, didnt ask if i wanted my food toasted but did it anyway (in fact did not want it toasted) but she was rushing so fast i just went with it. we tried paying with a ripped coupon that obviously wasnt expired (showed all info on it), before we could even tell her about what happened to it she rudely and loudly interrupted my fiance and told him she cant take it and “he has to pay with something else” ??? even though every single time we’re there, the man types it in for us an theres never an issue.
she had an attitude the entire time taking our orders, completely dismissed us as we walked in an waited to order, and started the conversation with “what are you guys getting”
my brother went in after we walked out to ask the women for her name to speak to her manager because she was being extremely rude and unprofessional, she said “you dont need to know my name” than called her manager and began telling her that he was being “aggressive” when he just wanted her name so maybe someone would correct her ugly behavior.
we’ve all been living here since we were kids and have never witnessed a worker acting like that towards us.
Subway; please take action and look into how your workers are treating their customers, its absolutely disgusting.

The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming! I came from the subway in south Auburn because it was completely opposite. They are rude! Saxonna was the sandwich artist and she is amazing! She was so nice and professional! She made my day much better! Thank you too her!

I frequent this Subway at least twice a week. I’m always patient when they are busy, because I work with the public, so I’m very understanding when it comes to them being busy, or preparing online orders. All but one of the employees acknowledge customers as they come inland let them know right away that they will be with them as soon as possible. Today, this young man did not acknowledge me, look up at me, nothing. He was making two sandwiches for an online order. I quickly, between his sandwiches mentioned to him that acknowledging a customer goes a long way with keeping them happy. He simply muttered okay. As he was finally making my sandwich, 2 other customers came in, same thing. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. Such awful customer service today. Also, at peak eating times, there really should be two people in the store. Also, as a safety precaution. Every company I have ever worked for, never allowed only one employee in the store at any time.

I ordered 4 sandwiches from subway through door dash and none of the sandwiches had any cheese on it, and the ingredients were scarce. I paid 80$ for this?? I am a restaurant kitchen manager and head chef, and I would have never let food be sent to a customer without all of the ingredients that were expected. Disappointed to say the least. Do better subway!

It’s part of the subway franchise, so it’s what you’d normally expect. Sometimes empty, sometimes slammed. All of my experiences there have been good, although last time I was in, the younger gentleman running the store did excellent. I’ve never seen so many loaded sandwiches go out so fast.

There was a small miscommunication I come there often I’ve been eating stale bread past few times finally spoke up for myself& i think server was having a bad day I really appreciate her being professional Afterwards With me since I did complain for the first time I was too uncomfortable doing that but moving forward I still like this location not as busy and she stayed professional she has a pretty smile.

This wasn’t a great customer service experience. I asked for turkey instead of ham and she said no, I asked for extra jalapenos and if three is extra than thanks.. there was no ice and the fountain had more soda. She was not pleasent at all. Seemed more annoyed she had. Customers at all.

No line, service was pleasant. Food was ok, my choice of a roast beef wrap was probably not the best.
Update 5/25/22, front counter lady was super sweet & I got the Subway Club and it was delicious as usual!
