The employee was very soft spoken, had a tough accent to understand, and it was clear that he didn’t want to be working. He sort of piled the ingredients in the middle of the sandwich which was odd too. I won’t go back. Too negative. Thought maybe he was having a bad day but the other reviews support my experience. I hope management will help morale there.

Ordered on line, went in to Subway and told them I had am on line order and gave my name to worker 1. He said something to the other worker. Other worker approached me, I said the same thing, he said he didn’t have an on line order for me. I showed him my order, he went to the register, came back with a ticket with my name on it, he asked me to verify the order and made a rude comment. He hurried up and made my sandwich and was clear upset about it. Didn’t say thank you, sorry for the inconvenience.
They clearly had my order but didn’t check their on line orders. Stuff happens, I get that but don’t be rude and insulting. Just apologize.

The staff here were very rude to me. I had to order 5 sandwiches and there was miscommunication but the person at the counter handled it poorly and made snarky remarks. I left and got it from a subway 1 mile away where I had a pleasant experience.

I went in on a Saturday. Had high hopes because of the fairly good reviews. Was greeted politely but things went downhill quickly from there. Server was really rude like he hated his job. Soup was cold because he didn’t warm it up at all. My daughter didn’t wanna drink it and after a look and a taste of it from me, I realized it was bad. Told the same server and he started getting defensive. Sub was a mess and lacked flavor. All in all was a disappointment. Will just head down to East lake Sammamish instead.

Ordered two sandwiches from this location last night. My entire family is having stomach problems today. Might have been bad bread or ingredients. I don’t get why the health and safety is poor in fast food chains in Issaquah/Sammamish region.
For health concerns, I do not recommend this location at all. Stay away.

Usually fine, always make mobile orders ahead of time. But, today I ordered a sandwhich for 12:45, which is the earliest I can be there. The app messed, which I don’t blame them for. I called to manually correct it. Three. Seperate. Times. No one picked up, even after I let it ring for a good 2 minutes each time. My sandwich will now be soggy by the time I get to it.

Honestly what’s the point of having coupons if you can’t even use them on the only subs that taste good. They exclude 10/20 subs on the menu from coupons. The only thing stopping this from being a one star is Luis and the lit sandwiches he makes. Give him a raise fr.

The young indian man needs to be fired asap. He was talking with one of his friends on his cell phone when I came in and when he finally came to the front to help me (I was the only one in the store besides him) he put the phone on speaker phone and continued talking to them interrupting me multiple times while I was ordering to continue his phone call. I ended up walking out before he finished because he was so rude. Won’t be coming back
