Huge shoutout to Martin and the team at this Subway! Every time I stop by, the service is awesome — friendly, quick, and always with a smile. Martin really takes the time to make sure your sandwich is just right. The ingredients are super fresh, and the veggies are always crisp and tasty. You can tell they care about what they do. Hands down the best Subway in town!

Stopped in after a grocery run. I had never been a patron under the previous owner, but the new owner was so incredibly kind and friendly. I used to be a Subway employee myself, and their level of service matches the quality customer service that I expect from all businesses, no matter how low or high end. I had an excellent experience at the Subway in Cottage Lake! The new owners and management have really turned this location around. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. Everything was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was quick and welcoming. You can really tell the team cares about their customers. Definitely my go-to Subway from now on!

I had a great experience at the new Cottage Lake Park Subway! The new owners are doing an amazing job — the management is excellent, the breads are fresh and clean, and the whole place has a really friendly vibe. Came in to get dinner, around 7pm and the shop was very clean, and noticed the sandwich bar was clean and full. A gentleman came out to help. He was fasntastic, made our sandwiches, full, fresh bread. I was telling him my woes of a failed take out experience just before coming in and he gifted some cookies to put a smile on my face. He was the new owner and he did a fantastic job! We are from out of town, but Woodinville residents..give this new owner a try!!

I went to this Subway on Sunday, Sept. 21, 2025 and realized I never left a review when I had an ideal experience. So what made it great was Shah, an employee who works Sundays and Thursdays and maybe more. I was greeted with a smile, quick service in making my to-go sandwich, friendly and short conversation (since no one else was there), offered upgrades and I tried a raspberry cookie which was good, and he wished me well when I left. Besides making my sandwich perfectly and the place being especially clean, his cheerful friendly demeanor is what sets him apart. If I am in the area again, I will make a point of going in when he is there. It couldn’t have been better!

Old bacon or meat in my sandwich gave me food poisoning. Old bread as well. Thankfully I could taste it (tasted fishy at the bottom where the bacon was) and immediately stopped eating the sandwich.. It’s all I ate today(half of a 6”) and 6 hours later still projectile vomited twice and other food poisoning symptoms. I will not eat here again!

Walked in and observed the clerk come out from sitting at his computer desk outside the food prep area. I assume on his phone. Observed him dry his hands but not wash them. I asked him to wash his hands. All of a sudden we have a language barrier. I repeated my request. He continues to play like he doesn’t understand. I walk out and take my business elsewhere. I visited this location on 10/21, if the manager is reading this and wants to take action.
