I have been going to this location when I have had a busy day and just need a quick dinner. Typically a long wait, but always a pleasant experience. I usually ordered the 3 footlongs for $27.99. I went into this location on Saturday, February 28th after 4pm, the sign for the special was still up in this location and was told by the worker this is no longer valid. Please update your specials in accordance to the offerings or if you do not, please honor the special to your guests.

I arrived at 9:35 am on a Thursday and the doorsign clearly said they were open at 9:30 am. 5 minutes later, a guy arrived, unlocked the door and told me the shop was not open yet as he still had to cut the vegetables. Therefore, he said, we want you to come back in about 20 minutes. I used to work in a lot of stores myself when I was younger, and when my boss said doors open at 9:30 am, it meant you are ready to accept orders at 9:30. Dissapointing, because I don’t have the time to wait.

Employee was prepping for pick up order 4 sandwiches which were already made. So he proceeds to get the chips for the meals instead of grabbing all four at once he walks back and forth and grabs each one individually and has to reread the order every time. Tells me to hold on again. I left the store will never go back it was. 15 min wait at this point .

Terrible experience at this subway. On the chicken bacon ranch the meat was a shredded “chicken” not the typical grilled chicken, honestly I’m not actually sure what is was but it smelled like dog food. Utterly disgusting. Also I had to call the cashier out on handling the register and not putting new gloves on before he made our sandwiches. Yuk! He had done it with the several other costumers before us, so not sure why it wasn’t muscle memory by then.
He didn’t seem happy about that because the rest of the service was lazy, a bit flippant and down right rude. Avoid this bare minimum Subway at all costs.

I’ve been to this location twice? So the first time when I walk in the gentleman that’s working there he comes and he asked me what kind of bread or what kind of sandwich would I like he gave me a distasteful look, but I will say he did wash his hands he made my sandwich to my liking I asked for extra olives and my request was granted, the guy look like he may have been super tired or maybe just irritated but that was it I got my food and left.
The 2nd time I went to the subway the man who served me that helped me the first time I came he was also working that day, so the older gentleman that helped me this time reminds me of a middle eastern Mr Burns from The Simpsons was extremely rude, his whole attitude his demeanor towards me was like why are you here I don’t want you in my store lol I had to ask for extra spinach, extra tomatoes and definitely extra olives he gave me four olives I asked for more he got loud with me and told me he doesn’t do that I told him I would like more olives that is not enough I even told him I would pay for extra so we went back and forth , he never gave me the extra olives that I said I would PAY for, I asked for mayo garlic aioli sauce and he put the sauce on half of the sandwich mind you this is a 6-inch sandwich , I warned him I was going to go to Google and report his behavior he does not need to be working there and if he is the owner he needs to be shut down and put out of business because he does not know the meaning of customer service very rude very disrespectful, honestly I wasn’t even going to pay for the sandwich I was just going to walk out but my lunch break was almost over and I couldn’t afford to go anywhere else to get anything to eat, to all my people of color stay away from this place , this is a definite no return I wouldn’t care if it was the only operating restaurant on vashon Island I wouldn’t spend a wooden nickel in this establishment. And none of my construction co-workers will be spending money in that establishment as well, VERY DISAPPOINTED

Slower atmosphere. I felt like I wasn’t really wanted to be there; even after, the tip I couldn’t really afford. I verbally said out loud, “it was really really slow before I came in here; and, the floor could’ve been swept before I sat down to eat.” He kept treating me like I should’ve moved so he could sweep. I told him, “I just gave a tip I can’t afford and it was really slow with nobody in here and you could’ve swept it beforehand; and, I’m really hungry and I’m not moving so you can sweep.” I had my video recorder going the entire time. I also I told him, “my Occultic grandmother pretended to be Christian and she’s number 99 too,” I told him (I’m distracted from jealous females at the moment /; excuse me. Lol)

Dust
They got rid of all the good staff. There is no point of going back there, they dont know what they are doing or anything. Sadly i always went there when i saw Stephen and Josh there, they always knew what we wanted and liked. Sadly they cut them loose. We always had fun there when they were there…I wish the guys luck where ever they land, they are awsome workers.

Staff were very unfriendly. The one guy who made my sandwich looked like he absolutely hated his job and couldn’t wait to leave. Audibly sighing (loudly) every time I asked for another ingredient, extremely frugal with how many ingredients he was putting in the sandwich, and wrapped it so that the sauces and ingredients leaked allover the bag. Won’t be going back.
