I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich and got next to none roast beef. Subway is becoming on par with chipotle. Idk why I tried this place out again but willows subway is 20x better than the Redmond fall city subway. Do better fall city subway.

Worst subway ever. They skimp on everything. It was like eating a bread sandwich. It’s not my first time at this one either, but it’s the same thing every time at this one. Wish I had taken a pic to show you all. If you’re in the area and are hungry, go to the Albertsons next door.

Worst subway in my experience. We ordered three foot long sandwiches and it was worst with too much sauce and bread not toasted. Bread was burnt in few places. Not sure why they cooked like this in an unpleasant manner. Our taste buds were gone after having these sandwiches. Highly recommend not to order here if you want to have a good lunch or dinner time. They will soon close this branch if they continue to serve customers like this.

(Update 4/19): I’ve recently been returning to this Subway and have noticed an incredible change in staff demeanor. The food has also improved since my last visit and I wanted to adjust my review to reflect that.
I’ve gotten food here before and it’s not horrible (it’s par for Subway) but today I show up near the close time and the clerk just told me to leave cause they were already closed. They had customers literally walking out with their food but I guess he didn’t feel like making one more sandwich. Very disappointing especially since it’s the only food near my work

Showed up at 8:52 PM to an open sign that was already off. Knocked on the glass and signed to ask if they were closed and if it was nine, and the guy waved his arms to go away both times. Horribly rude.

Rude staff. Their system never works so I cannot use coupons and scan Subway app!! I wonder if that’s really the case or the staff just doesn’t want customers to utilize coupons provided by Subway. Quality of food is average compared to other locations in the near by areas.

ZERO STARS!!! Avoid this place! Unless you like flat sandwiches for full price and rude service lol. I’ve been here multiple times. They didn’t just have a bad day, they are always like this. They took it to a new level this time. Not only will they tell you to pay extra if you ask them to give you the usual amount of veggies but now they’ll just start charging you whatever they feel like! I went just left this place and I brought a coupon with me buy one footlong get one free. I ordered they were rude and cheap as usual! But this part was new, the guy charged me a soda which I didn’t purchase. I guess he was just mad that I asked for more tomatoes and olives because he literally gave me 5 pieces of olives for a footlong! Then he let me leave the store not telling me to grab my soda I never ordered. I start to drive home and then check the receipt to see the extra charge. Drive all the way back to get the soda I guess since I paid for it. Go back in guy doesn’t say a word to me he just points at the cups. Same rude two short Mexican guys. Never going there again. Shame on you guys, I get prices are going up. But it’s not rocket science, treat your customers good and they’ll come back! Just greedy rude disgusting men here, so disappointed every time I come to this location.

This location has all the sub options but the staff is extremely rude. If you order online all the best to get the order on time and treat you like a homeless guy irrespective of the rush and they don’t follow the order. If you are coming to grab a sub in the morning this is definitely not a place to be, please save time and get it somewhere else. I wish I can give a negative 5 for this location. This location has lost me as a customer.
