1st off the sandwich artist had as much interest in her job as someone who’s been court ordered to shovel s*** all day. She moved with the speed of a sloth . I witnessed her make 4 subs with out once considering, much less actually changing her gloves. Even took a trip to the walk in cooler and back; continuing to prepare food with the very same pair of gloves she put on when she started my order.
My sandwich was built directly on the hinge so that all the items on the bread went from one side to the other. No way for the flavor of the sub to be experienced in 1 bit but, rather many bits as I worked my way from left to right.
Lastly, she never greeted anyone , including myself when we came inside, nor wished us well as we left.
There were no meatballs for the sub I wanted and the sandwich artist 1st told me right out of hand that they, too, were out of my second choice(steak), but then grudgingly went to the back to check in the walk in cooler where she found a cambro of defrosted steak meat. It was not weighed out and I know for sure she eye balled the amount onto my bread at about ½ the amount of meat normally portioned for a foot long sub. I literally had sections of bread with only the tremendous amount of buffalo sauce she doused my sub with when I explicitly said, “Not much sauce, please. I can’t do much spicy. I will avoid eating at this Subway at all cost and tell anyone who will listen to do the same citing my experience.

This Subway location is the most clean and good maintained from all Subways I ever entered!
I don’t remember when I ate last time a Subway sandwich, I have all the time an issue with the first impression, so when entering a restaurant look at its cleanliness, I entered so many times in so many Subway locations, but all the time disappointed and leave without ordering, I couldn’t tell what triggered me, but always had a bad impression, but today was different, the host was friendly and even the place was so crowded, she had time to greet everyone, people were enjoying their sandwiches, the atmosphere was nice and I just wanted to order a perfect Tuna Sandwich for me and a Ham Sandwich for my son!
All vegetables were fresh and I just enjoyed my sandwich!
Highly recommend this location!

Although there are 2 staff, the service is slow and unfortunately I could not understand their accent..
Cucumber was stored so cold it was soggy.
They wear gloves after washing hands but don’t seem hygienic as they are touching the sandwich and the receipt all the time

Do not go to this branch. Chicken wasn’t grilled at all. Also the salad bar section looked sad. Ie peppers and pickles were questionable. I did not like the atmosphere and it screams ” I don’t want to be here.”

I ordered the lunch special $6.99 for half oven roasted turkey. I was supposed to get 2 cookies with it. She charged me $8.99?fir the sandwich and $2.78 for the cookies. $11.77!!!’ How us that $6.99. When I realized what she charged I was already in my car and a whole bunch of people had gone in. I didn’t have time to have her fix the price. Disgruntled for sure and I gave her a tip!

Worst Subway sandwich I’ve ever had.

Ordered from the app for the first time thinking I could just pick up and go. Nope.

Placed order, app said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Went to pick up at that time and they had not even made the sandwich. They were not making any sandwiches and there was nobody in line. Went to get my drink and there was no iced tea made, fine I got a soda. Waited for my sandwich to be made, grabbed it and went back to work.

Sat down to eat and immediately saw it was a mess and was the wrong type of bread. Took a few bites and couldn’t taste any mayo. The sauce I ordered on it was missing. The meat was at the bottom of th “V” meaning it’s all to one side.

Don’t plan on going back anytime soon.

Worst subs ever! Super light on ALL TOPPINGS! Definitely no sandwich artist. Unfortunately only 1 worker making all orders! She tried but it was awful. It was like the TOPPINGS for a 6 inch spread out on a foot long. Had to hunt for the grilled chicken and the tuna scoops were super small.

It’s time for subway to go out of business. I’m so sick of what subway has become. Pay 15-18$ for “the monster” I coulda got more meat on a vegan sandwich. The worker did a good job very nice and the place was clean but subway needs to go out of business. Absolute garbage pricing, corporate greed and it wasn’t even that good.

Normally I don’t write reviews, but the customer service there was depressing. The ladies behind the counter were so passive aggressive like they seemed so mad for no reason. They were just visibly irritated. It genuinely made me not wanna be in there. I felt judged for the sandwich I was getting. When I was leaving I said bye, have a good day and it was just dead quiet and they were kind of just staring at me weird. Terrible customer service normally I don’t write reviews but it was that bad.

Let me start off by saying I worked at this exact Subway when I was 16, and it is not a difficult job. We ordered the signature wraps from the website, and set to pick up at this location. When I got there half of the order wasn’t ready yet. He went to hand it to me and said “Oh man, I forgot the kids meal.” How you forget something that’s printed on a sheet for you to read is beyond me. I was able to look past that though, it happens. When I got home my wife and I went to open up the wraps to see who’s was who’s and they literally looked identical. This wouldn’t be a problem if we had ordered the same thing. Her entire order was wrong. She got the wrong cheese, no sauces, half the veggies she ordered weren’t on there, but veggies she did NOT order were on there. My wrap was also missing veggies, and the specific sauce I ordered. Needless to say we aren’t ever ordering online from this location again. It’s not hard to read an order that lists the specific ingredients you want on it, and not get it right. It feels like whoever made it just didn’t care if it was what we ordered or not, and just threw random stuff on it. The management needs to do some extra training or something because to have employees who can’t do the main part of their job correctly is unacceptable.
