I order on the mobile app so I can’t speak to the service but I have gotten 2 orders in a row with veggies that are way past edible. This time the lettuce on both sandwiches was brown and slimy. This time my order was also the wrong bread and there was literally 2 thin slices of turkey on 6inches of the sub. This food is so expensive and I have to remove and add my own Ingredients to make it edible. Im done spending money here

Ordered two sandwiches from swbway app
The owner lady messed up everything
Even after a cal she doesn’t want ro accept her mistake.
Already called to Food safety and other.
Was talk to her over the phone too much ego and attitude.
Don’t neet her in our community.
Subway investigation underway
Also I already know her repl on this post like always she’s always right customer always wrong. Now it’s all on u.
Veg foot long with half veg patty thats crazy.
Means she put one veg patty in two foot long sandwich and when i talk to owner over the phone she said subway recommending this.
And even her employee not accepting this excuse
.. funny.
Already filema complaint with state food safety and other authorities.
M sure this place going to close soon of they service like that.

Ordered (2) Turkey Titans which is supposed to come with 33% more meat as shown on app. Came with literally one piece of turkey…

EDIT: REOPENED WITH NEW OWNERS!! 7/21/25 New lady in there told me the old owners are no longer involved at this location.
There is a King County eviction notice on the front door and it has a phone # to call if you see anyone trespassing on the property. Doors have been locked and no lights on for days.

Nah it was gross . I was excited it reopened and was having a sale but the veggies were warm like slimy cucumber status . The soda was flat and the sandwich wasnt made with the correct amount of meat or cheese like i asked. I was told halfway thru making it they dont have olives . I hope the owners see this and make some changes cause id like it to succeed but i doubt ill go back after that.

I had several negative experiences here and stopped going. The food safety rating was bad, as was the service and general food quality. About a month ago an eviction notice appeared on the door and the restaurant was closed until further notice.
There is now a sign on the door saying the restaurant is under new ownership and will be reopening soon. Hopefully the new owners will turn this location around and earn my business back.

I had ordered online for the first time with subway for a special limited time deal. Online it won’t let you just start a sandwich from scratch and build your own. You have to pick a sandwich closest to what you want, and adjust.
I got the pepperoni and salami and only wanted salami, so asked to not have pepperoni, and just replace it with more salami. I’ve only been there twice and same girl working. She recognized me right when I walked in and must had remembered my specific sandwich, because I didn’t even
have to give her my name, she just knew. Best sandwiches I’ve ever had from subway. I am really surprised other people’s ratings were low. I don’t live too close to this location, but I would drive here every time just because it was the best experience I’ve ever had with subway

Hours given when we called earlier this week said they opened at 9 am on Sat. It’s 9:15, they are closed and the hours have been removed from the door. Awful.
