This place was out of most bread and the rotisserie chicken at 4pm and there was a handwritten sign which said they would NOT honor any promotions that Subway was offering which I’m pretty sure is against Subway rules. The lady serving was terrible at making sandwiches and put really small quantities of ingredients even after I told her to add more. She was just sprinkling them like salt. She ran out of tuna midway and just smeared the 3 scoops all over my foot long sandwich instead of getting more! Check out my flat sandwiches in the picture (and I asked for all greens plus tomatoes which you can’t even see). Never going back!

I ordered a homerun ham and received the regular one.I Got overcharged! The new way they have it set up you can’t see what or how much they are putting on. I ordered the Italian herb and cheese bread she gave me the plain. Couldn’t get the order right. Terrible service

Rosie, the manager, was really nice and clean. She made my sandwiches exactly the way my kids and I like them. My kids ate every last bite of their sandwiches. Rosie was really patient with my kids while they told her what they wanted. I would recommend her 1000%. The subway is clean and the veggies looked fresh as well. I will be a repeat customer.

The owner was atrocious.
My card wasn’t working right and he started yelling and talking down to me. Then when my best friend tried to defuse the situation the owner escalated the negative experience. My poor 13 year old daughter was going to purchase her own snacks, and because he made the situation so uncomfortable she left her snacks on the counter and went to the car.
The sandwiches were already made and when we got home they tasted good. And that was not the fault of the sandwich maker. Thank you to her.
But I will NOT be going back to that Subway. I could have made a sandwich at home. My friend, my daughter, and I did not deserve to be treated so poorly. I understand that in other cultures women are seen and treated as less. But I’m sorry, I’ve been taught that ALL races, genders, and other differences matter and should be treated with respect.

It doesn’t have the standard subway drinks. Then, the owner tried to cheat my money. When I confronted him, he tried to justify it as tax several times. I insisted that he was wrong. When he realized he was wrong, he didn’t pay me the full difference. I insisted the full difference and he gave me cash instead of returning it through my credit card, forcing me to do the extra work of using cash for his bad deeds.
#1 charged me extra
#2 insisted it was tax
#3 insisted it was tax again
#4 didn’t refund the full difference
#5 gave me cash instead of credit card return

I always place my order online and head over to this subway whenever I want a quick and easy sandwich. I live super close by, so by the time I’ve submitted my order it is just finishing up by the time I arrive. The staff are all super nice!

Had a BLT. The bread was hard!!!!!! It’s not only non fresh bread. They dont take any of the coupons. For the sandwiches.
