I had been getting veggie Pattie sub here for going on 3 years now. The service here used to be really good and I had never had a problem. On August 1st after their remodel I returned for my usual. The guy at the counter toasted my bread burnt. See photo. I asked him to redo the bread and he argued and seemed very offended. In the end, my sandwich wasn’t cut and covered in so much mustard.
Today I returned to try again and was told “no mote veggie Pattie” I asked for clarification, but received the same response. I don’t know if this subway has stopped carrying veggie pattie or if they are out. In any case, you can still order it online and through the app at this location.

Subway is so easy to get food anytime, anywhere, I like it if it’s late too! But time for me to rate due to it’s been so long for me to dine in Subway. I love the Hotshot Italian, Ultimate BMT and Supreme Meats! Love it! Plus we always have coupons

This location has been under new management for a few months. All our my orders are correctly made and made quickly.
I have a large family so I usually type my order out and hand it over vs ordering 6 individual sandwiches verbally.
Today I did that but instead of waiting for my sandwiches I’m the store I decided to head over to the Safeway to get gas while I waited for my sandwiches. The employee ran out to clarify my order. They really went so above and beyond.
Food is fresh and restaurant is clean❤️

I went there for brunch and seen they have such great customer service.
I was greeted at the door and from start to finish I had the best service from them.
The old manager Mari and her daughter Brianna are back, they have been missed they always give the best sandwiches and they always taste fresh. They are so sweet and I cant wait to come back for lunch Monday !!

The lady making my sandwich was super nice. However due to the fact my food tasted moldy on the first bite is enough to downgrade to 1 star. I have a small window for lunch. I spent almost twenty bucks on a sandwich that wasn’t that great and was MOLD. Like I spit the sandwich out on bite 1! I had to go drive to jimmy johns and I paid $13 for a sandwich double the size. Now I have a stomach ache and the mold taste won’t leave my mouth.
I’m disputing the charge. Not gonna take my money for that nonsense.
