Horrible place, if you owner seeing this review you should take responsibility and fire people working on 2/27 evening around 7:00pm. They preparing people’s food. No responsibility and respect for people who paying for their food. Just ordered uber eats from this place. Horrible gave us 6’ for footlong didn’t follow order request and put leaking sauce and random vegies not even spouse to be in tuna sandwich. Absolutely waste of subway company $$ and mine. If you can’t do your simple job of making sandwich please quite!!!!! Don’t waste people’s time and money and be jerk!

On Thursday June 6th 2024 around 6:30 pm, I walked into this store and was hosted by a mid-age white male employee. Upon reading the notice, I took it as all business in this store at Front Street enjoys 10% off so I asked the employee whether it was the case. The employee, immediately assumed I wanted free food and went outside, read the note to me loudly, asking why I was asking a question that was already answered, along with harrassments like “can you read?”. I was totally shocked. I’ve never been accused like this simply because I asked a question. After all these, the employee immediately returned to kitchen, left no word and kept me waiting for miniutes. When he was back, I explained what I want, clearly he misunderstood my request and was furious because I corrected him. As I haven’t met this person in this store before, I asked how long has he been working here. His response was “I’ve been working on this longer than you lived”. When he was unhappy because I wasn’t submissive, he simply left the counter, refused to serve me any more.

According to the employee, everthing was on camera and I’ve already filed a complaint on it with Subway support. As part of Asian commuty, if this is not racist behavior, I cannot tell what on earth racist means.

This is by far the worst experience I had in all restaurants. I’m looking forward on Subway’s response on this matter and I will keep this thread updated. I’m also open to any advice that might help escalating the issue. Being discriminative and harrassing customers is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Subway on Front Street has been a favorite spot for my kids for years. It’s their go-to place to grab a bite with friends, and for some reason, they even ask for Subway gift cards for birthdays and special occasions so they can enjoy it together.

The sandwiches are always consistent and good—just what you’d expect from Subway. What really stands out about this location is the service. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming whenever we’ve stopped by.

If you’re looking for a quick, reliable place for a meal, this Subway is a great choice. It’s been a staple for our family, and I’m sure it’ll stay that way.

Came here to use the what was left in my subway gift card. I checked the balance in the card (it clearly stated I had 10$ left in the gift card) before I entered the establishment. I went to the counter to order, the employee did not care at all that there was a customer waiting. They were scrolling on their phone, I had waited at least 5 minutes before he finally looked up. I placed my order for a sandwich. My order was finished 20 minutes after i placed it because he kept talking to another employee in the back. when i went to pay i went to swipe my gift card and the employee snatched it from my hand, he told me gift cards had to be scanned and verified by the employee which was something id never heard of before. He then told me there was no balance in the card and put it into his pocket!! I explained to him there was still at least $10 in the card. He said no money no sandwich. He then picked up the sandwich and took a bite out of it. I have never experienced worse service in my life.

I have a lunch break at 11:30am-12:00pm. I often go to this Subway, because they are usually quick and cheap, but lately their hours have been inconsistent. I walked up today and the door was locked. A worker waved me away. Not sure if they need more staff or what, but I’d like to know if they’re closed before I spend part of my break walking over there.

The lady working named Jeanna was really nice. She was working by herself but did a good job making everybody’s sandwich quickly! She has great customer service skills and I was happy with my experience at this subway! I will be back

Was pretty good service pretty expensive compared to other subways I’ve been too I order the same thing every time.

Update: 1/15/24 they have a very kind blonde lady that works kinda slow but makes a mean sandwich and doesn’t skimp on ingredients and is well worth the money over other subways! They definitely should have her attitude at all subways.

We’re from Texas, came to eat lunch while on vacation. David, the only employee behind the counter, was VERY clean, fast and neat with the multiple orders that came in all at once. He washed his hands and changed gloves between each customer while also being cashier. We left a tip in the tip jar. Management should recognize this man for his hard work.
