Honestly, one of the worst subways I have gone to. I have visited multiple times and no matter time of day or size of the order the service is terrible. The store is dirty especially if you look at the soda fountain nozzles, and good luck finding a table that you don’t stick to. I have paid for extra meat, extra cheese, and veggies yet the sandwich still looked less full than if I just got a premade sandwich from a gas station. If you want Subway the best one in Bellevue is the one of Bellevue way at least there the staff is friendly and the store is clean.

Got the norovirus from this location in February. Employees should not be forced to work when they’re sick, it makes working horrible for them and can spread it to customers. I know that Subway is infamous for spreading the norovirus to people but please do better.

This Subway is usually pretty friendly, but today, a man whom chose to use my coupon for two footlongs for 11.99 and says NO to honoring my app special for signing up and downloading it, I mean a six inch for 2.99, such a negative experience, because he says I can’t use the app special at all. No one else there have you, and I asked him do you want me to go somewhere else, I mean do you want my business? He says I could eat there or go somewhere else, it doesn’t matter. I’ve never been told that before, pretty shocking and confident that an employee of a national restaurant chain doesn’t care if customers come to his restaurant or another one.

I do not recommend this location! Avoid: and go to another Subway not owned by this owner./franchisee. Coupons not accepted (the only time I tried to use one at this location). The employee was rude and unprofessional as he quickly said “we don’t accept coupons”. I had ordered from this location before and had issues with the same person. I don’t order anything weird or over-customized on my Sandwich. I am convinced the owner just doesn’t know how to hire good employees. Treating the Subway employee with kindness and patience only resulting in I can’t do that, or impatient actions (with no one else but me in the store). If you want my business or anyone else’s, then act like you want my business. I would have left your employee a tip…but I am not motivated by disrespectful treatment. I gave you my business for years and tolerated some really poor customer service but this was the last Straw and I am done with this location. If that was my reward for giving you business then I am taking it elsewhere and anyone that reads this should do the same.

I drove to Bellevue because I don’t like the one in Renton 4th st! ordered steak sandwich for 6 people! The bread wasn’t fresh and mostly veggies than steak! It’s hard to find a good subway that the owner is nice and not cheap!

This is my favorite subway. I have been going here for over 2 years. Martin is an awesome employee as he is usually the one who always makes my subs. He even remembers my main sub is tuna. He is always smiling and always welcomes me. Lilia is usually always the cashier and she does a wonderful job. asks how my day is going. she is such a sweetheart. I love her friendly attitude towards her customers. I always go for lunch and i always out in a quick time even when they are busy. Great job guys!

Couldn’t even put my sandwich in the bag. Didn’t use gloves either!!! No hair net on his beard. Black mold in the foundation drink nozzles from not being cleaned.
