This was my 3rd and last visit to this Subway. My first experience the same lady ( heavy set white lady with glasses and a nasty attitude) made my sandwich really didn’t provide good customer service but did it. The 2nd time , which was 1/17/2026, a guy was working- you could tell that he wasn’t that familiar with making sandwiches but he made my Protein Bites toasted and asked me what veggies I wanted, Today 1/20/2026 I went and the same lady (heavy set white lady with glasses and a nasty attitude) informed me that I couldn’t get my protein bite toasted and DID NOT ask me what veggies I wanted- just grabbed stuff and folded it up. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

*. This is about Subway. I absolutely like Subway sandwiches. I usually order a special of the day which only costs 4.33 with tax. I like to compare the stores. I will post each and every store I visit according to the service and quality of food. This particular subway had good service although the lettuce bin had brown lettuce and the tomatoes were soggy. Too much mayo added for such a small sandwich? (Usually, this Subway, has fresh veggies.). Not too happy today but will live with it!

One of the best sandwich I ever got here. The employee who just work on weekends ( Sophie or Sonia). Did not know exact name she is really polite and always makes best sandwich. The one bad thing is the there is only just one employee working. She was taking customers and cutting meats too that is hard for only one employee to handle everything. Loves to come when she is working there. Best service!

We had a horrible experience here today! My family and I decided to go to this location for lunch. I had a coupon, which I received in the mail earlier this week. The coupon was, buy one footlong and drink and receive a second footlong for free. In the fine print, it clearly stated the second sandwich would be equal or lesser value, and the coupon expires 12/12/24. The lady working today had no idea what the coupon was. So, I gave it to her and let her read it. She then told me she had to call her owner. She did so in front of me, but spoke a different language so I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Afterwards, she told me I could use the coupon for a ham or turkey sandwhich, and nothing else. Even though it clearly states otherwise on the coupon. I asked for the coupon back and told the employee that I would be going to a different subway. Not only did they lose a sale, they lost a customer. We have plenty of subways around our house. I have no need to return to this one.

Ironic that they didn’t take a franchise coupon for a footlong classic sandwich yet didn’t tell me until the end. So, instead of losing…maybe a few bucks for honoring the discount, I walked out and let them ‘eat’ the cost of the sandwich. Shame on Sunway to pick and chose what sandwiches you’ll accept the coupon for!!! And, ya didn’t even post the change. Poor business practice and customer service.
Had to leave the rating of ‘food’ empty because I didn’t eat it. Maybe one of their staff can…heehee.

So I ordered a subway on DoorDash on 9/11/24. My doordasher she told me that the guy serving the food was touching the whole food bare hands. I didn’t ate my food because I think that’s disgusting and it’s not showing any hygiene procedures.

The staff has always been friendly with the girlfriend and I and the food tastes great. The only issue I have is that if you tip on your card, the tips get tallied up at the end of the month and split with everyone where as if you tip cash the person you’re tipping gets it that night. Actually, I was about to give 4 stars for this issue of mine but since the issue is clearly only mine, that’s a dumb reason to give 4 stars.

Every time I visit ( which will be no more ). They don’t show customer concern or have any idea of what good customer service is. Today is Friday February 29th 2016 $6 foot long all thru February! That’s the promo. Guy behind the counter says the owner ended the promo because the owned decided it’s no longer February. Seriously I never knew Subway owners had that much control on the global calendar. Not to mention they have short changed coworkers, friends and family as well as myself on different occasions when receiving change back.

Worst subway ever. Raw dough in bread. Wilted brown lettuce. Never have ice tea most of year. Rude workers. No cheddar cheese and no explanation for why they sometimes have ingredients and others dont. Wont take coupons or app specials Stay away.
