I visited this Subway today with my family. Two employees prepared the food, but when it came time to pay, the man at the counter (who appeared to be the owner, named Singh) was extremely rude.
• He did not greet me and spoke in a disrespectful tone when asking about the kids’ meal drink.
• When I asked what comes with the kids’ meal besides the drink, he ignored me and just grabbed applesauce.
• I explained that my son doesn’t eat applesauce and asked if we could substitute it with a cookie or chips, even offering to pay extra. He refused and said “nothing is free, it’s extra charge,” in a very dismissive way.
• When I told him his customer service was unacceptable, he repeatedly said “I don’t care” and even told me I could complain to anyone, including the President. He added that his Subway “does not run on my income.” This is an outrageous thing to say to a customer.
• He also made irrelevant comments about living in America his whole life, which made no sense in the context.
• After we sat down to eat, he continued to stare at us and laughed loudly as we left.
My 5‑year‑old son witnessed all of this and kept asking why the man was so rude. It was very upsetting. The two female employees looked intimidated and afraid to speak up, which made me feel bad for them.
Prices at this location are also higher than other Subways. After reading other reviews, I see this behavior is a pattern. This owner clearly does not understand customer service and should not be running a business.
This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and hostile. No customer should be treated this way.
I will not return to this Subway, and I strongly urge Subway corporate to review this franchise. A business owner who openly says he doesn’t care about customers should not be running a store.
Guys, you should trust the reviews and go somewhere else.
Two slices of meat and they said they weighted it??? Seriously? Asked if they can show me the scale, they couldn’t.

If I could give negative stars I would. TERRIBLE service. TERRIBLE people. They ignore you when they mess up your order and refuse refunds and also block your calls. I paid an additional $5 for double protein to receive 4 slices of meat on my entire footlong sandwich. Refused to fix it or add more. Hang I up on me when I call and tell me to online for a refund when online told me I have to go thru the location itself. I will NEVER be ordering from this terrible location ever again.

one thing i forgot to mention is that he was… greedy??? i don’t know… but i’ve never had so little of EVERYTHING in my sandwich. it feels almost half empty. can’t even feel the guacamole in there. (it is there)

overall i hated this experience and the only thing i wanted to do is to throw this f-ing sandwich into this old man’s face.
The portion of food was not even half of what was described — very misleading.
If they refuse to refund you and you paid with a credit or debit card, you can initiate a dispute with your bank.
We should help each other and not let this shady business scam more customers. If you’ve been scammed by them before, file a complaint to Washington State Attorney General.
