Would’ve given this place 0 stars if it would let me. Was ignored when I let her know I wanted the meal of the day (automatically started making a foot long instead of 6″) Charged extra for wanting a different type of cheese on my sandwich (Was told the specific sandwich I ordered only came with one type of cheese) Both ladies working were very rude. Do not go to this location.

I will never be back here the ingredients were all frozen and the person making my sandwich was rude and had a bad language barrier and got frustrated when I had to repeat myself because of the language barrier. Only get good service if you speak Spanish. Subway needs to regulate these franchised shops because they are giving there name a bad rep all over Washington.

This is a great little sandwich shop. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the location is easy to get to. The food is traditional Subway subs, which is to say it meets the bare minimum as far as quality and freshness but you know what you’re getting when you choose to go to a Subway. What I wasn’t expecting was the quality of service. The friendly staff alone got this location and extra star overall making this Subway a cut above the others.

Some of the reviews are completely right, this location has been out of ice and refrigeration for their soda machine for many months now, I can’t remember the last time it worked. I just purchased a meal, but they wouldn’t allow me to pay a little extra for a bigger drink price to buy the shelf drinks instead. Spent so long and got nothing out of it. I don’t have much money to begin with and don’t keep cash so this was heartbreaking.

I come in on my lunch break at work usually My visit today and my last visit, when I got there there were a lot of people in line already. I had worried I wouldn’t have time, but I’ve been surprised every time. Conny and her coworker have a great system that got me in and out today in probably 7-8 minutes, with 4 people ahead of me. They are friendly when you come in and are multilingual as I hear them speak Spanish to some customers that prefer it. These ladies are killing it and probably deserve a raise for being so quick, kind, and versatile! Shout out to them

It feels like either the owner doesn’t like this location, or has forgotten they own it. This place is NEVER fully stocked! They’re always missing something; type of bread, multiple sodas out of order, missing cheese. Every time I go I have to change my order some how to accommodate for what they are missing. The employees behind the counter are so sweet, I hate they have to deal with the brunt of their franchisee not taking care of their location.
