I think I the only reason they are still in business here is because they are in Walmart and it is just easy to give in when in a hurry! I know that is the only reason I eat here and I regret it EVERY single time!!!

The subway there sucks.Got cold cut trio and while she was making it she sprinkled a little lettuce which wasn’t enough.The tomatoes were the size of a silver dollar and translucent.In all make the sub look the commercial false advertisment.Plus they had homeless people in the dining room just sitting around and not eating.Beware they do not honor the coupons you get in the mail!!!

I ordered a daily menu and I ordered it large. They were supposed to charge me $9.99 and they charged me $12.44 plus $3.99 for the drink and fries I ordered. One hundred percent, if that promotion is there, they should honor it. To me, it’s a scam by the restaurant. Subway # 32790-0

I ordered food and when I got back to sit and eat I looked at my receipt and I was changed for an item that I didn’t order and I when back up to get my money back for that item they only gave half of my money back so I will not be coming back to the subway in Walmart

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They scam people out of their money, and try to lie about it afterwards.
I live pretty far, so I placed an online order. I used a code that their location claimed to accept. By the time I walked in and got there, they cancelled my order.

At first the middle aged woman claimed I must be at the wrong store, even after I showed her my order. She kept lying about that, until I showed her my exact location and the fact that it was the right store. Afterwards, she confessed that my payment method was invalid. (It wasn’t, I used Apple Pay for a mobile order, which successfully went through and charged my card.)

Then, she tried saying that there’s no such thing as a “6.99 foot long” (there is, it’s caused by a commonly known code that works for online orders at select locations, which this was one of. She went off to the back after I asked for a manager, and claimed her boss said it was invalid. After I asked to speak to her boss, she claimed he actually wasn’t here.

She gave me the number, and nobody picked up after multiple calls.
II still had the charge on my card.
I told her to call her boss herself, and she claimed she couldn’t.
(But earlier she claimed to talk to her boss? Oh, right! The one that apparently isn’t there. I have a friend who works at another location, and they’re definitely able to contact their boss.)
I tried talking again, but got ignored.

The charge is still on my card, and they never refunded me. Not only is it disgusting behavior to rob teenagers of their money, lying repeatedly is even worse.

It lacks professionalism entirely, and gives the place a bad look.

I’ve never come across a Subway employee this unprofessional and disrespectful.

Better people need to be hired, and not thieves.
