I ordered a 6 inch California turkey sandwich for $10.49! and a turkey club for $9.50! and they are tiny and hardly any meat and they came with random vegetables that didn’t come with the sandwich… like jalapeños, green pepper, etc.. I did not ask for any extra veggies just how it comes. Very disappointed.

just got our 2 sandwiches after waiting for over 45min. Everyone that was there(5 total cars) including inside, waited quite some time. The food was cold, had long hair in it, and they gave us tiny portions. Very disappointed. Will not return.

I love a good Subway sandwich but I hate going in there when the curly hair brunette is working there cause she’s very rude! Rolls her eyes at you when you walk in and gives you a bad attitude while sighing when making your sandwich. She’s also the manager but all the other workers there are great!

Great sandwiches and good occasional discounts. And subways are everywhere, so they are convenient. As far as atmosphere, I always get my sandwiches to-go so that is not important.
Latest visit – Failed to follow noted request! I live about 15 minutes from Subway. I asked that dressings be on the side so sandwiches do not get soggy between purchase and home. I got soggy sandwiches.

Sub par customer service. Was told would have to wait 15 minutes after placing my order until they got it. And another 20 to make it. Very rude and when she made sure they hadn’t gotten it. It was there already waiting. Maybe take the time to train yourself and your employees right Alesha so that situations like these can be solved without having to be proven wrong by a customer.

I went in to get breakfast ( i usually go in the afternoon due to my work schedule) and the assistant manager was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes at me a few times and made me want to talk out midway through her making my sandwich. I will not go there again in the mornings. I don’t know how or why she became the assistant with an attitude like that. It was a bad experience. Ill continue to go when the tall, hispanic dude is working. He can at least give me good service with a smile on his face.

5 sandwiches ordered online. Thought I would be considerate for the staff being how covid hit and they have been stressed out and unhappy every time I went in. Called to confirm order, no answer, quick email saying it was done, picked up order which was quick for them, got home and 3 sandwiches were totally screwed up. Called, no answer even with 2 on staff with no customers. New hire screwed up from what I was told, couldn’t answer the phone, just to busy with no customers. Other guy fixed sandwiches when I got there. Did a good job but no concern or compensation. I’m glad I’m more patient now that I’m older and live in town I probably would have been arrested if I lived out of town and had to come back to deal with that BS. I will never return.

They are a good place to eat and very fresh sandwiches but the customer service was not very good today. I pulled up and the girl working there saw me pull in and the guy inside was busy and she wandered around the kitchen refusing to come to the drive-through window so I drove away to somewhere else. You should at least acknowledge people

I absolutely love Subway. Great sandwiches with a wide choice of fillings. However it has become so expensive to go there now, I can only afford it when I get some coupons in the mail. They do send out coupons quite regularly though.
