I stopped in late in the evening and was pleasantly surprised to see that this Subway was still open.
Steven J was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my sandwich was just the way I wanted it. He made sure my veggie portions were to my liking and evenly distributed. Same with the mayo.
I’ve never had such a great experience at a sandwich shop before, and the sandwich itself was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had!

Tonight I was informed that after 8:00 p.m. they don’t feel like making meatballs.
I’ve talked to managers at other stores have been told unequivocally that meatballs should always be made.
There Is no policy that allows them to not make meatballs during certain hours.
Just once I wish people would just do their job.

Person literally put like half a bottle of mayonnaise AND half a bottle of mustard on my wifes 6inch sub I didn’t say anything…

I have a family of 5. Last week my daughter came in and ordered cold cut for everyone and was reportedly treated badly . I thought she might have been exaggerating but today I came in and let 4 people go ahead of me knowing my order would take longer then theirs but when a person with a name tag that said Rachel came out of the back, and it was my turn to order she threw a fit about having to do so many, having to go get more supplies to fulfill the order, so in and so forth. By the time I left My smile turned into tears in my car. I understand we are a big family but I tried to keep all sandwiches the same, even let others go first so that it was less of an issue. We live locally and unfortunately we will just have to go further into la Grande to get our subway from now on. I don’t ever want to have anyone in my family deal with this treatment.

Came to order, guy gets smoshed peace of bread, when I asked to grab another. Dint want to until I asked him like 10 time then with a tantrum grabbed another one. Well at that point I don’t want person who clearly hates me make my sandwich. Plus nasty face full of hair no net. Not what I’m looking for from a sandwich place

Bought gas at Fly J so thought Subway is always a good choice. There was one person ahead of me and it took the guy 30 minutes to do her order of two sandwiches. When I ordered with a lady she repeated back something completely different than what I had said. I clearly and distinctly said my request again. She repeated it back with another option. I repeated my sandwich request and helped them by pointing to each item I wanted on the sandwich. After 45 minutes I had my sandwich. The service was slow and I felt one person may have been relatively new. I am glad all Subways are not like this one.
