How this place is still up ASTOUNDS me! Look at this. THIS costed me $18!! I am missing 5 entire ingredients, and I only received the sandwhich, not the FOUR other items I ordered to go with it. I really want to sue them for the audacity to be honest because how do you mess up THIS badly? I have never seen someone be so incompetent in my life. A $40 order, and I wasted around $25 in missing items alone. Seriously how do you mess up this badly? I didn’t think it was humanly possible to be so bad.

Terrible experience at this location both with food and the customer service. This 6 inch sandwich was over $10 and consisted mostly of bread. Shame on subway for not enforcing quality standards at franchise locations.

I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot long on Thursday, ate part of it, and started feeling sick, by the time I left work around 8pm, I was belching horribly. Was sick on the toilet all night and through the entire next day. Never been so sick. So I called subway to tell them there was something wrong with the sandwich so they could pull it before someone else got sick. The guy that answered the phone kept talking to someone in the background, I said I wasn’t looking for a refund, just didn’t want anyone else to get sick. All he could say was “that sucks” and hung up on me. I was furious. I have posted it on Facebook so everyone can see how bad your customer service was. Also I can’t believe you would serve that nasty brown looking lettuce, I went for the spinach. I will never eat there again. And have had many comments on my page say the same. It’s disgusting that when I told him how sick I was from it was all he could say was “that sucks” and hung up on me. It’s been 2 days and I’m just beginning to feel better. This is not how a business is run.

Placed an order for 11 subs on the website at 9:30 in the morning, with an 11:30 pick-up time. When we arrived to pick up the subs, there were none waiting for us at the pick up area. I inquired about them and was told they hadn’t received any orders. I checked my email and found out the orders (one for 10 subs and one for 1 sub) was cancelled by the store. I asked why, and was told it was a “catering order”. I explained that I did not order through the “catering” section, and that I ordered off the regular menu. The woman explained “well, for orders that large, we need 24 hours to plan for staffing.” 10 subs?? Anyway, I explained that there was no information on their website stating that they couldn’t do 10 subs, and she said “well, I didn’t make the website.” I assume she was the team lead because everybody was looking at her for answers, but she was extremely rude and not at all accommodating. We even said we would order while we were there and she said she couldn’t because she needed 24 hours notice. I will NEVER be back to this location, and honestly I’m surprised it’s still open.

It’s a sandwich shop. Good sandwiches. Made to your specifications. They need to bring back the garlic spread they had a few years ago. And the chicken breasts for their subs. None of that chicken chunk business that falls apart when you bite it.

The cashier Sara was too pushy. And Rude. We weren’t even done telling the sandwich maker what we wanted . And she was trying to get us to come check out. I had my Autism client with me. She also said cashier was pushy and rude. When we got to the cashier she was sharp with us and kind of waved my recept said “do want this” i said yes thank you. Not very happy with service.
