Why do you have a drive thru if you only have one employee working?? During lunch they need help! How can they take orders on front counter, take orders in drive thru and make all the sandwiches? Ridiculous! The owners need to do better.

Quite disappointed that this franchise decided not to take coupons from customers. Same with the Highway 97 location. They send coupons to customers for a reason and then deciding not to take coupons is a fatal blow to their business. Also, having no olives and blaming it on a supply chain issue is so COVID-19 pandemic excuses. I would not buy anything from this business. Take your business to Jimmy John’s up the street.

Ethan had absolutely horrible customer service they wanted to rush through making my sandwich and didn’t listen to what I had to say put the wrong kind of sauce on it and then when I told them they put the wrong kind of sauce on it, she grabbed the right kind of sauce and over squeezes it all over the whole sandwich and makes an entire mess and when I ask them if they can take some of it off, they say no I can’t and look to the person in line behind me and say what can I get started for you. Never have had such horrible customer service at fast food place (photo of the ranch I had to squeeze out of my sandwich to make it edible)

I never leave reviews but this subway is so terrible. Anytime I walk in the employees barely look up, no greeting, and wait silently for you to order. They then proceed to mumble questions and make both the slowest and worst sandwich ever. I just went in and the employee didn’t even hand us our sandwiches at the end of the transaction, just left the register and made us reach over the counter to grab our food. Please hire someone over the age of 15.

Food is fine. But they no longer accept paper coupons. You have to download the Subway app and place an order through there for any sort of discount! Pretty lame…

What a disappointing experience. Two of your female employees were arguing about the timer on the bread oven. When asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted, I said no. She then proceeded to put it in the toaster. I had to remind her that I didn’t want it toasted. She then said “you don’t want the bacon toasted?” I asked if there was a way to toast the bacon without the entire sandwich. When I was asked what veggies I wanted on it, I had to tell her twice on the same item and it never made it to the sandwich. I ordered a cup of soup and it came half filled. I won’t be going back. I can be patient with short staff and longer wait times. It isn’t acceptable to have employees arguing and being disregarded on your specific requests.
