I went into to subway on Friday evening to get a sandwich and a guy worker with the same glove touch other-thing like the cash register and Front counter and didn’t brother changing his gloves or washing hand and then tried to make my sandwich and i did say something and someone else helped me but that is gross especially working with food. I wasnt happy about the issue and the way my food was going to be prepared

1 star reflects on the experience as a whole. In the future: I’ll most likely order ahead, go to subway in another city or choose a different place to eat.

Sandwich was good (turkey, provolone on Italian herb and cheese with lettuce, spinach, avocado spread, banana peppers, olives, salt & pepper and oil & vinegar)!! BATHROOMS ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. NO Dine available. No one wearing masks, no sanitizing after each customer. Customer service could be better (due to the experience with the “locals”. There were 5 other people when I arrived and it took 30mins (longest 30 mins of my life) to get out of there.
“Local” Animosity in the subway was rediculous of my taking photos of a public place, never have I been treated in such a way as a Solo female traveler or in all my adult life!! The “locals” (2 different “locals”, but mostly a dude). Staff was slow to respond, every one listened to him being verbally hostile to me for 15 minutes at least, before the blond server told him “Enough” basically and that “I have every right to take photos in a public place”.
I’ve been to this subway two years ago with my dad and we had no problems that day.

Ordered on the app. Got a wrap (footlong price) and a footlong flatbread. Arrived and they were still making it. Watched as over half the tortilla on the wrap was tucked under the wrap. Compared the two sandwiches and the wrap was under half the size. Most my bites were tortilla. I mentioned it to the worker that the price didnt match the size, but they rudely replied that was the size. No. I have had wraps enough to know that was not worth $8. Also was 15 minutes later than projected time, no apologies. Everytime I try to give this Subway another chance, I feel ripped off and deal with rude employees.

Went in for a couple sandwiches. The gal coughed on her hand while she was making a sandwich and the other guy while making my sandwich put 3 olives on my sandwich and I asked for more then he glared at me. NASTY AND RUDE! Prineville subway is the most rudest and dirtiest subway I have ever been too.

So I placed an order to pick up my sub, got a call saying they were out of turkey and pepper jack, so they were going to cancel my order I asked if I could change the meat and they said because of inventory I had to redo my order. I would have had a less of problem with it if I wasn’t driving and since It was their issue I don’t understand why I had to do it and the guy in the phone sounded just rude, very annoying

I have never put a review for a subway but man was this necessary. The people there clearly hate their job. My sandwich wasn’t even wrapped well, the pickle and cucumber were sticking out the subway wrapper. The bread was old and stale, yesterday’s bread? And I ordered pick up, walked in no one looked at me so I said ‘hi! I ordered for pick up?’ The lady gave me no smile or any response besides a mad look and a pointed figure to where their pick up area was, it was wild!

I went in on a Saturday evening, it was not at all busy as there were no other customers in the store at the time and there were at least three employees working that I saw when I entered. I was holding a coupon in my hand as I proceeded to order a sandwich and get to the register when I hand it to this person who just says “No, we don’t take those”. What? I ask why, and why there is absolutely NO signage stating this? Oh, he says my bad, they had forgotten to put the sign up. It was behind the counter where you couldn’t even see it!! If I ever want a sandwich in this town again I’ll go to The Sandwich Factory! Not only do they have great food but their customer service sure beats this place and the prices are not much different if they won’t take coupons…

I see why all the negative reviews now. This subway used to be pretty decent, but ever since the staff changed, it’s been awful!! I used to love getting a QUICK sub from here, but nowadays it takes them 25 to 30 mins to make 1 sandwich with only 2 customers inside…. I will not be back ever again. This establishment has gone so far downhill. Go to any other subway but this one. Takes entirely too long to make a sandwich and staff doesn’t seem to care too much. They’d rather chat then actually work
