A standard Subway restaurant. Check business hours for accuracy. Friendly staff that works quickly.
The sandwiches we had were prepared well and tasted good. The produce used was fresh. Equivalent to the vast majority of Subway sandwich restaurants.
We were going to eat in the restaurant, however, the air in the restaurant was not circulating well. It was uncomfortable on a summer day. We don’t know if that’s normal or if it was just the day we visited.
There’s plenty of parking. The restaurant shares a parking lot with the Best Western Hotel.

I bought a protein bowl with steak. Excellent. Staying away from bread for the carbs. Fast, Kind, helped me with the ice water machine. I got lemon aid and I wanted ice water. Just needed customer service to help me self serve it my self correctly. Thank you.

This is my second stop here in the last 3 months while going through town. The service is not good. Employees seem completely disconnected. Only half the vegetables available. No drinks in to go cooler, and no cheese sauce available for my spicy chicken nacho. This has to be the worst Subway I’ve been to and I have been to tons across multiple states. Management needs to get their shop and staff in order!

If you use the online app. Make sure to check your order before you go. I recommend going in if option to order properly. I swear every time I use the online app there’s always something wrong with my order here. Last time forgot my family’s cookies in meal. And this time I asked for my order to have turkey instead of ham. That’s what I’ve done here before for this order and worked fine. Employer said put in special instructions what toy wanna sub so today I did as usual. And my order was not right. I don’t eat out often so when I do it’s disappointing when people don’t read orders especially being a fellow chef of 11 years myself. Maybe try caps if you request special instructions so they actually read it ….lol idk. I just don’t want other people being disappointed in there food like I was, and being in food industry as well, I don’t find it very customer service of this business. Came back months later now in 2022 and they still can’t make wraps right. Check ur order they mess it up

The meat on the Sandwiches was cold even after being toasted. They had no onions… the sandwich was advertised on the board as having onions. (Seems like false advertising) Would have been nice if they told you ahead of time they are out of what is considered a staple for sandwich toppings. Employees didn’t seem to care. They just wanted us out of there. We were there at 7:15 pm and they didn’t close until 9. They had half the chairs stacked on tables. Does not feel welcoming. Would not go back or recommend this place. 2nd time we have had Sandwiches that were not hot even after asking them to double toast em.

Stood there for about an hour. 5 customers in front of us. Manager was screaming through the restaurant about how bad she had to pee. My wife’s sandwich was made promptly. I ordered the meatball sandwich, although, they were making an entirely different sandwich for me.
Manager still screaming about how she’s going to take it out on all the customers if she doesn’t go pee. Kid preparing my sandwich went to the back to blow his nose, gloves on, didn’t change gloves, didn’t wash his hands and proceeded to make me the wrong sandwich again. Then when I got the right sandwich prepared, already at register we told the cashier we needed our other sandwich. The screaming manager heard us and grabbed the sandwich and slammed it on the cutting board. Still screaming.
We were going to dine in but there’s no way we wanted to sit there while this lady continued to scream. The only employee there that was doing their job efficiently and clean was the cashier, it was her second day.
I live here in town, I’ll likely drive to sunriver location, next time I’m craving subway. It was the weirdest hour I have spent in a subway, my entire life. As someone that worked in the food industry for 20+ years, I usually brush things off and understand how stressful things can get. This was over the top terrible.

Don’t go through the drive thru in La Pine. They serve all the in store customers first. Why open the drive thru? When I discussed with the manager she was rude.

Placed a pick up order with almost 3 hours advanced order. 2 foot long, 2 six inch, foot long cookie, chips, drink. They forgot one of the foot longs completely and the foot long cookie so we had to go back in. There were 3 employees and 2 of them were fighting about how it sucks to close with the other because they are slow and takes too long to do his job and he doesn’t want to be there all night again. Got home and the other foot long was missing almost all the toppings. I ordered lettuce, extra onions, bell pepper, extra olives, extra banana peppers, extra mayo, extra mustard. Instead I got no mustard, no bell pepper, no olives, 1 slice of onion that probably fell in, exactly 2 banana peppers, and if there was mayo it was so little that I couldn’t taste it or see it. My sandwich just tasted salty and plain. I came here with my kids last week and it was a girl and a taller guy who sounded new and our food was very good and service was friendly. This is the 3rd time of gone to this location and only the time last week was any good so I probably won’t go back. The bread was very soft and good, however.

Watched the employee named “Alex” spend time cleaning bathrooms while their coworker kept calling for help while a line of 7 people formed. After finally listening they went straight to the line without washing their hands. The put on gloves but then immediately scratched their chin. The older lady behind the line was doing her best though, even though she had to call for help 3 times over the 15 minutes I was in there. Left with 3 people still in front of me, after witnessing that, pretty gross.
