went in there, there was 3 teenage kids working. It took them 45 minutes to get my sandwich, and there was only 4 people in line. And they were out of literally everything. They teenage kids were also going outside to smoke while people were waiting for service. I will not be going back here.

Where do I even begin… previously have gone here and watched employees not wash their hands and be rude to customers. Went out on a limb and decided to give them a second chance. Went in to get lunch at noon on a Saturday. I was told that they had no bread? Even though you you see the bread on the rack. I left the store and then watched both employees go out to the same 4runner and start smoking together. Apparently cigarettes fixes are more important then customers. Would not recommend. Wish there was a 0 stars button. Absolutely crazy.

first of all, if you offer breakfast subs on your menu, then you shouldn’t be out of product.
2nd, you have a paying customer walk in, a living walking person breathing and wants to order a sub and you tell them that they have to wait because your doing online orders.
So the online orders come before the live person standing there ready to order and pay right then.
that is poor customer service! People that don’t have a computer will not order online, but will have to wait because they don’t.
It’s not the employees fault here, they told me their directives came from the assistant manager or manager; doesn’t matter, here is a directive from a customer to the manager/owner, fix your brain, live customers come before technology customers, person.

Ordered online, I paid for a wrap they no longer have wraps so went with bread it was stale and badly had any vegetables on it and it was a veggie sandwich. Also got the all meat bowl and paid 6 for extra meat and there was no extra meat. $77 plus $15 tip for 2 bowls and 2 6” sandwiches. Will never return! Something has changed since we were last there and it’s not good!

Stopped in to order a sandwich, parking lot was empty, no other customers anywhere figured it would be a perfect time to get a quick lunch. Walked in and noticed the sandwich prep line was filthy and nothing stocked (other than the smears of random sauces and condiments scattered/sprinkled about.) I was not going to eat anything prepared here and about to leave when an employee came out from the back, I didn’t want to be rude and just walk out so I grabbed a bag of chips meeting her at the register. I didn’t mention anything about the cleanliness (or more accurately the lack of) but the little interaction paying for the bag of chips I only got the feeling I must have truly inconvenienced her day with my purchase. How does this Subway location survive. The only person walking into that place should be the owner to see how poorly its ran and maybe a brave heath inspector.

I asked for more onions on my sub. The nice lady making it, started doing so. Randomly some girl with tattoos interrupted the nice lady making my sub. She then started complain about that’s too much! We are missing 10 pounds of onions, tomatoes, lettuce, the list goes on… I didn’t know the customer was the problem… I should’ve just walked out but I felt sorry for the nice lady that tried.

I was doing laundry next door and decided to take a lunch break @ this Subway.

As I entered, the 1st question to me was if I was going to pay with a card or cash. I had cash.

The guy said they can only take a card at this time. Went to my car and got it.

Ordered my meal. Fountain drinks were out of order ☹️

Sat down outside to eat… the bread was hard, and I didn’t toast it

Honestly, I felt bad for the employee (only 1 available). Other than the bread, he wasn’t able to fix the fountain drink machine. And didn’t have financial access to get enough change for cash customers.

I might try going to the gas station market and get a corn dog next time.

There is also Whiskey River Bar, Jodie K’s Deli and Kitchen, Mountain Jug, Big Belly Burgers and Brew, and Sunriver Brewing Co – Brewery Tap Room across the street.

Lots of alternatives to choose from.

This is my ugly sandwich. I asked for 3 jalapenos.. did not ask for the 5 I already ate and the 9 remaining, also didn’t ask for extra sauce Wich seems to come with it everytime. Even when I say one line.

It took 25 minutes to get my sandwich and there was one person in line. I can not say that the customer service was great because that would be a lie. There were three teenagers working there. They did not charge the normal amount so I got a big discount and all they forgot was one drink. I feel that the management at this subway needs to get a lot better, especially during a pandemic.
