I’ve been to subway many times over my 45yrs…we just happened to stop here on our way back to grants pass. I immediately noticed the cashier (Jaden) was so nice:) Im vegetarian and like the veggie patties. I know it takes extra time but she wasn’t phased. It was thee best sandwich I’ve ever had from subway…all the way down to the wrapping of it. The only thing I wish was different is that I had tasted it before leaving and had left her a nice tip. I expected the same quickly made and hardly toasted veggie patties I always get. Long story short, Jaden is a keeper and deserves a raise;)

Came in with a pretty complicated order and the worker Ace was amazing!! He made sure to make everything to exactly the way i wanted and even asked and verified when he wasnt sure if it was enough! Absolutely amazing service great fresh food and compared to all the other subways in the area this is absolutely the best one to go too, highly recommend stopping by here if you got a hankering for subway!!

Rude management called doordash to ask for a refund on the tip I gave the driver because I had to go get my own order, they tell me to talk to the store when I get there about it. so I did, the manager was very rude and told me I had to talk to doordash about that. when I tried telling her I did, and I’m trying to tell you what they told me. she ignored me and was very rude

Drive thru this is the worst sandwich ever made from subway, wrong cheese no meat asked for all topping lettuce tomatoes ect and all I got was lettuce tomatoes if I didn’t live 20 min away I would have taken this back and had it remade right in front of me. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I come into contact with for quite a while oh I also work with the public. Shifty service poor food my child could have done better! Watch them do not use drive thru. I rate the sandwich a zero. My chicken will eat this because I can’t. Wasted money!@

Looks like a new Subway location. Ordered online, they have a restroom for customers only (keypad code required). I placed online Subway order.

This is what a $14 steak melt looks like.
I ask the person who brought it out what is difference between this and other steak sandwich and I was told more cheese. I showed her the sandwich and was told maybe the cheese was in the middle. This can’t be how how a Subway Steak and cheese melt should look very disappointing.
