Great service. However i am wondering why i got a stalk of spinach in my 6inch coldcut. As much as i love spinach i am not a fan of consuming the stalk.

Lobby was messy and empty. Sandwich was sloppily put together, cashier was both non helpful and rude. I don’t eat at subway, the only reason I came in was because I have a gift card, that the employee said wasn’t a subway gift card despite it saying “Subway” in big yellow font on the front And having a balance of 15 on the app. Wouldn’t take any time to try to figure it out. I’d like a refund and for the gift card to be charged. Update: went back for a refund at around 8:30. The door was shut despite them being open until 9. Called and no one picked up. Will be reporting all of this to corporate if the owner can’t correct it.

Both employees were attentive and courteous. The sandwiches were made with care and tasted delicious. In a world of mediocre Subway experiences, the employees at this location seemed very able and professional in all matters. We will certainly support this location in the future. Thank you!

NO STARS. NO STARS. NO STARS.Worst subway I’ve ever been to. I went last night around 8:30 to get some dinner so I decided on a meatball sub and it was the worst tasting meatballs they tasted spoilt. So fast forward to today and I swung by after work thinking that they would make it right because accidents happen. I informed the girl who just happened to be the same one from the night before who had made said sub that the sandwich was BAD and her reply was oh glad you liked it……. So I said oh no it was like
BAD BAD NOT A GOOD BAD. And still blank face. So I thought surely she understood the gripe and then makes a new sandwich. So as I am getting ready to take my sandwich she says oh that’ll be 8 bucks to which I replied umm ma’am I thought you understood that I wanted you to remake said sub as a replacement to which she replies ohh well I don’t have the power to fix this. I said oh ok cool well how about 50% since ya know I didn’t eat the last sandwich because it tasted like burnt meatballs. And to top it off she said oh well I can’t help that do you want it or not……. The lack of everything from customer service to quality of food is desperately lacking here and from the other reviews it doesn’t seem like they are interested in fixing any of the issues. So for your own health drive a little farther to another subway if you’re just dying for a sandwich your stomach and wallet will appreciate it.

Tables were dirty and it was a ghost town when I walked in, the cashier came to the front after hearing the bell and no greeting. I definitely did not feel welcomed here. The basics of food service are definitely not here, just the bare minimum: like getting a sandwich.

Food was probably good, but I waited for so long at the drive-up window, I finally left…after the woman on front of me waited for over 10 minutes before she drove away. The person on the intercom said he had just gotten a big order and he was by himself. This was about 4:30 pm on a Friday. Is it just me? Aren’t the busy hours still supposed to be about 4-6, when people stop on the way home from work for dinner? Shouldn’t there be more than 1 person working on a Friday, anyway? Anyway, Subway is usually a good place, with good quality, service, and price. I’d return, but this trip was a bust!

AWESOME customer service, the only reason I’m giving this location 2 stars is the veggies were pretty foul.. I was pretty surprised to see the tub of lettuce was wilted and yellowish-brown, the tomato slices looked like they had been frozen and then thawed out, and it just didn’t appear as if they put much effort into making sure the ingredients were fresh. I hate to be so harsh, but I would honestly avoid this location..

Awful. The restaurant could not fulfill my order and told me to contact subway for a return. I sent 5 emails requesting the refund. After going to social media the owner reached out to me. It took of 3 months for them to send me a check that was less than the amount I paid. Horrible business. Would not recommend.

This Subway opens for business earlier in the morning than most of the others in Springfield. I phoned in my order when they opened and it was waiting for me on my commute to the I-5 freeway. So great to head to class with a breakfast sandwich and another one prepared for lunch too. Try it yourself. You won’t be sorry.

Thursday night 3/9/17 7:45 p.m. young man by the name of bryan was by himself when I came in to have him make 4 sandwich’s as he was making mine he had drive up customers and then more customer started coming in , when ask what time he closed he said 8:00 but really after I get everyone their dinner, he worked very hard and fast and even throw in small talk to all of us and my sandwich’s were perfect, the smile never faded from his face. I appreciate the service I got.
