Monica and Sam have given me the best customer service I’ve ever received from a subway and most restaurants period. Monica remembered me from the last time I came a year ago which was great because we were able to have nice conversation as my food was being prepared. Sam also provided excellent customer service preparing my sandwich and actually listening to the details of my order which I appreciate so much. Whenever I travel up the i-5 North I always stop at THIS subway specifically because of their customer service.

The manager and young man have very poor customer service skills. Just because I paid with 6 gift cards he got upset. If he doesn’t like taking gift cards why work here or why sell them? He has no patience nor does his messanger. When my husband went to her to complain about him she said he was in the right! To my surprise…. That’s one good way to get a poor review and let everyone else know what to expect from these lazy employees. Customers are always right, if they have a job it’s because we pay. This is the last time I ever order at this subway.

I am currently working in close proximity to this Pilot truck stop, where Subway is open 24 hours per day. I have to say, customer service is always great, the rolls are fresh,the produce is fresh, meat is flavorful, the sauces are yummy. The shop itself is small, but rarely a long line due to efficiency, and it is always CLEAN! I’m truly impressed.

Great place as long as you don’t have Rainbow person wait on you very rude towards customers. Rainbow person works the late night shift thought she didn’t get enough sleep. But she’s like that every time we go here. So we try to get there before Ms clocked in.
