First off- we were the only customers in the place and did not get helped for atleast 15 minutes. Next, I guess I wasn’t watching when the guy made the sandwich, but I get home and there is hardly anything on it. (Live too far to go back) I ordered a veggie. You’d think that would include veggies..? Posting a photo to show . Maybe 10 pieces of lettuce ? The bread is hard. When the guy went to close my sandwich, I look over and he grabs his headphone out of his ear, with the glove still on, goes back and folds and wraps my sandwich . I sort of blanked it out of my mind and told myself it’s going to be okay don’t complain.. but I can’t get that out of my head and now I just don’t have an appetite. ZERO stars. I’m so grossed out

The Expectation versus what I got! So Disappointed!!! Chicken Was Cold not cooked!!! They said this is the Amount of sauce thats needed but yet in the Picture advertising it shows its drenched thats why the Chicken is orange and fully covered with the sauce!!! No veggies or anything!! Im Pregnant and expected it like the Picture, North Bend Location Made It Exactly Like The Picture and I didnt even Have to tell him!!! So ridiculous!!!

This is a continuous issue at this location. Food made wrong, apathetic employees, and the management will always “promise to send coupons in the mail” as a way to make up for the mistake and NEVER sends the then. Haven’t eaten here in a few years. Friend gave me a gift card, and I couldn’t make it to either Newmark store, so I thought maybe I’d give this location a try.
Absolute worse experience here so far. I want my giftcaed credits back and editable food. But I know that isn’t going to happen here.

12/25: I have been back multiple times to this Subway in the past two years and while I usually come in when they are quiet, with a bit of patience when they are busy I still get the right order. I have gotten a few rushed employees, but never a rude employee. This has been, on the whole, a good experience. The store has always been clean.

It’s a subway…that doesn’t screw up your order. I usually order vegetable subs or tuna. This time I got tuna and got more veg than I usually do. No problem. Even with someone new at the register it still got rung up fast. Thanks to the hard working people who work here. I didn’t have to cook. Will be back again and again and again.

The employees there we amazing and working incredible together! The lady in charge was really organized and kept her team moving effortlessly together! The air conditioner was broke and the temperature was 88 degrees! Way too miserable for them and customers. Please fix immediately! Not good conditions to work in. Despite the miserable temperature, the service and food was wonderful!
