I will post this as kindly as I can. I have never in my life been made to feel like I was such an inconvenience as I experienced tonight. I had a coupon for 2 sandwiches. I asked for the first sandwich and it was not honored because it was too new. Ok I can understand that. Some had him make me a similar sandwich that was honored. When he put the steak on I couldn’t see that or the cheese selection because of frosted glass. The sandwich was skimpy as I have ever seen. The weight of said sandwich was 12.7 ounces. The average footling weighs between 1 to 1 1/2 pounds. 16 ounces in a pound? Do the math. Skimpy as all hell. Asked for parmesean cheese. He used so little I couldn’t even see it coming out of the shaker. The second sandwich my main gripe was I asked for olives and they were out. No olives anywhere. It was an hour and a half before closing and you’re telling me you have no more olives any where? I was never asked about any sauces or other spices. Very impersonal bland and the most careless attitude I have ever experienced. Simply terrible. Other subways have been great. But this one was horrible on this night. With this employee working. Will not go back.

The lady behind the counter was so high that my husband couldn’t wait to get out of there. The sandwich was not eaten and the money was totally wasted. He says he would have even made a scene if I hadn’t been with him. Now I wish he had because he is pretty upset. We have been going there for 15 years and there has never been someone so high that it was so disgusting that we threw the sandwich away. She was gross. Now he’s still hungry and angry. We were so hungry, but not that hungry. He’s so disgusted that we won’t go back again, maybe to talk to a manager. Unfortunately we were so ready to get out of there that we said we didn’t want our receipt. Now we can’t make an online complaint without it.

I got my friend a foot long meatball sub and paid only a dollar more.
Felt like I was kinda ripped off. Food was good though, I will be back.

Have gone to drive through 2 times recently. Never acknowledged us both times. Had to call for them to even take our order while sitting in drive through. Will only sell 3 sandwiches at a time in drive through no matter how late it is. Used to be a good store until they did renovations. Service is the worst now of any fast food place I have ever been. FYI there are 4 people in our family. We have to pick who doesn’t get food.

Stopped at this Subway to use the restroom and they actually let me! I was so happy that restaurants can still tell the difference between someone who is acting out of the ordinary and someone who genuinely needs to relieve themselves of their urine in a safe and secure facility. Thank you Subway employee for treating me with dignity and respect.

The details are that I spent $21 and they wouldn’t take a $50 bill. They didn’t tell me until I was paying. I was very rude about it because that is the only way I wanted to pay. My thing is if you are not taking $50 bills then post it at the door and the cash register. Be smart about it instead of being stupid.

I witnessed an odd interaction between the three coworkers today at 1:30pm on 5/20/25. Two of them were very helpful while the third just completely ignored them when they were talking to her and walked out and left them to pick up her slack. It was very unprofessional and rude. My daughter and I were still there later when she came back into the store staring at her phone continuing to completely ignore her coworkers and the customers in the store. It’s clear that some places just hire people because they are a warm body. Maybe it is their first job maybe they saw potential in the hire. It’s disappointing however when it is obvious that this is the normal attitude of the that person. Managers are suppose to provide leadership and guidance. Clearly this store needs to evaluate the leadership structure. They need to teach them how to train their warm bodies to you know provide customer service, inspire compliance, and be considerate of their coworkers. I mean if she is that openly rude to her coworkers in front of the customers can you imagine when no one is around to witness it? This is an example of someone making your job a toxic work environment. Do something!

Thought they made a mistake with my flat bread footlong and gave me a 6” but no I was told this is the ONLY way they can wrap a flatbread sandwich (weird sandwich burrito) even though every other subway I’ve been to does it the long way ??

A majority of the workers there are very nice. There was a lady with red hair that had lots of energy that made my day a bit better. This location never fails me give y’all’s employees a raise!

A big shoutout to Ashley, who helped me today with such friendliness and attentiveness. She was quick and turned my bad day around—I felt like garbage, but after her service, my day got so much better. She’s truly a gem, and I hope the right person sees this.
