#4 Supreme Meats. 6 inches of love, baby. One woman behind the counter. Working like a professional. Her work ethic should set the bar for this franchise. Friendly, gracious, exuberant. She sandwiched me in the manner of the Old School Italian jernts in Jersey. Good smile, too. She is quick. She is efficient. Right now Subway is a good place to go to. Invest a little more money in your people, (hire more competent humans with enthusiasms and pay them well) and Subway could rise to the top. Remember, in this type of business it is the people who work here and deal with the public that sets the bar for success. While you are at it, give this woman a well deserved raise, and holiday bonus.

It’s a Subway, so pretty much the same thing you get at all Subways. Staff have always been nice and I’ve never had an issue here with food or service. I get lunch here fairly often so if you take advantage of coupon deals it’s worthwhile.

This is a very busy and seemingly understaffed location. I usually only see one person working. On my most recent visit, the woman behind the counter was juggling an insane amount of tasks with efficiency and a smile. She was making an online order, dealing with half a dozen customers in the store, the phone was ringing and the oven was beeping. She handled every person and every task quickly, and I was back in my car less than 15 minutes later. I was very impressed.

This was the only subway open late past 10PM. My wife got food poisoning from the sandwich. Also my flatbread was crunchy same texture as a saltine cracker. It’s supposed to be soft. And to top it off I noticed everytime I took a bite out of the sandwich it smelled like piss. I thought it was the sandwich but it couldn’t be because it was made it front of me. Then I removed the white wrapper and that was where the piss smell was coming from. Obviously I was grossed out. But the worst part was just my wife getting the food poisoning. Never coming back. Sorry to leave a bad review like this.

The chef was both courteous and efficient, ingredients were fresh, and I got a great deal.

Staff is always friendly despite always being understaffed. Had a bad food experience (not the staffs fault). Left feedback on the website, never heard from the manager. Called a store to share concerns with the manager and they couldn’t be bothered to call me back. There are Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mike’s nearby, would advise everyone to go there instead. Better food and better management.

I visited subway in Eugene, Oregon, late on Saturday night (2/8/25)
I have been eating subway for years and have never had a sandwich so well made!!!! The kid that did it had long hair and was the only one there I think. This was by far the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Please give that guy some sort of recognition!
The store number is #350-0
Thanks

Food was fine but the service was TERRIBLE! The two employees were talking about Scooby-Doo and laughing while I’m waiting around to get my order started. The guy making my sandwich had to ask multiple questions twice like if I wanted peppers and onions and if I wanted it toasted. I had already answered these questions and yet he had to ask again?
The worst part was the end. At cashout I used a coupon and gift card and he had the audacity to ask me “do you want the remaining four dollars?” Are you serious? I’m using a coupon and gift card, four dollars isn’t insignificant to me. I have never had someone flat out ask for a tip like that and was what made me do this review.
Extremely disappointing service and I enjoy going to the various subways in town. This was the worst experience I have had at one. Never going here again.

Only went to this Subway because the one near me had no toaster to toast the sandwich. This Subway didn’t put all the ingredients on my sandwich. This franchise is clearly failing. It’s imperative to do the things that the customer pays for. I really enjoy Subway sandwiches but with the prices that they have now for something you can make at home for way less than the price of convenience . You have to make sure you pay attention to detail. Especially when you charge $1.50 for extras
