I was unlucky enough to encounter a rather distant young woman on a Friday evening (3-7 little after7pm). She obviously didn’t want to be there, and there was no way she was going to be helpful, at all. She evidently a novice at preparing sandwiches, and she addressed me like I was the one who hadn’t had the exact same order in that store a half dozen times before. If I ever go back and she is the only one working I will turn around and RUN AWAY.

Went in with their app coupon that says you can use it in store or online and manager instantly says “no, that’s for online only”. We kindly show her where it says in store as well and showed her where the Waldport location was a participating store and she says “well the owner said we are not honoring it” We said even when it says it can be used and she just kept blaming the owner on how they won’t accept it. Not a sorry or anything. I hardly ever leave reviews, but when your in a town like Waldport with so many amazingly nice people everywhere you go, this establishment stands out as being unprofessional with no customer service. Very unfortunate and from past reviews it looks like a common issue at that location.

Placed an online order of 2 toasted subs, just to have them not toasted and the employees rude as hell to my husband when he took them back in after working a 12 hour shift. They said “Well they’ve been sitting there for an hour”.. That doesn’t make them untoasted, Lol. Absolutely no reason to lie when the sandwiches are opened up in front of you. This Subway is usually top tier compared to others in this area but the last 2 times the employees have been rude and are conveniently not wearing name tags. Be kind, you never know someone’s story.
