We order 2 sandwiches. My partners sandwich doesn’t come with tomatoes on the menu they added them anyways (he hates tomatoes) & they also used white American cheese instead of pepper jack like he asked. Mine was missing the bacon, salt, pepper, oil, cheese, and they added onions when the sandwich didn’t come with onions. We waited 15-20 minutes for the sandwiches.. pretty disappointed:/ the gal at the window was nice and everything but we paid 36 dollars just to have both sandwiches made wrong. Eh:/

Ordered delivery my order was not correct, missing items I asked for on my sandwhich, the bread was like yesterday dry. And they didn’t have the drink I ordered so they just sent a random drink which I could not drink due to allergy.

I ordered 2 sandwiches a few days ago and one with the Artesion bread, the bread was so old and crumbly I couldn’t eat it. I called and talked to a female worker right after I opened the sandwich. I explained to her what was going on and all she could say was I’m sorry, no compensation or bring it back and we will make another one. Just bad customer service in my opinion

Wonderful service! You could tell they were busy inside and we were in the drive through. We had to wait a little bit but it wasn’t bad due to the awesome service. the gentleman taking our order had a super deep voice and purple hair and he was very kind and had a very calming vibe. I hope your store treats that boy right and notice his worth ! We will be coming back strictly because of him and his kindness.

THE BREAD WAS STALE! Ruined the entire sandwich!!! If you eat here I highly recommend asking when the bread was baked because our bread was dry and stale and I couldn’t eat it I gave it to the birds.

Been going to this place for a long time and overall enjoyed it. But today was terrible I walk into the store and employees are yelling at each other and keep doing so as i ordered, they either need talking to or fired it was terrible. If i see those workers I will walk out. But every other worker is very nice and good but those three were terrible. Had to deal with these people at 5:30 on May 6th.
