Made me sick literally. I will be contacting management and or corporate soon. Unbelievable. Not only made me sick but didnt follow online details, making it dripping everywhere and soggy ( for someone with dietary restrictions to be ignored is not okay). I specifically said not to do this as its happen more then twice. I give it to the smaller dark haired girl that was cleaning a week or so ago when I picked my order up around 5 or 6 pm. She made it perfect and I felt extremely satisfied with her! Its not necessarily the location as I believe its cleanliness in employees. Red flags immediately walking in. 2 people talking. Didn’t check name or anything just had 2 orders sitting on the table and I grabbed the one with my name. They proceeded to talk though the sandwich station had food debris along it. The girl who made it perfect had a clean station and I felt fine after eating. This station was a mess and now im sick.

Snubbed me. I was passing through town tonight and pulled in to Subway for dinner. I walked in to order. There was a
nice family of three ahead of me ordering and I patiently waited my turn. Seemed to take a while but what the heck I’ll be fine. There’s a snafoo when it comes time for the family to pay and while that’s going on another couple strolls in the back door. I realized I’m at the wrong end of the counter but there’s no question about who’s next right? The mousy blond server finishes with the family, looks right on past me and before I could utter a word she began taking the other folks order. She absolutely snubbed me. I’m 5’10” and 195lbs. There’s no way she didn’t see me. I left. No point in trying to resurrect that customer service catastrophe.

My wife ordered a tuna sub. I ordered their fiery meatball. The staff member asked what bread? I said jalapeno as thats what the picture shows. She says she needs to clean her station after every-time she uses that bread because its toxic? I said, ok?! I went to the restroom while she made my wifes tuna. When I came out she was helping another couple and my wife said she had questions on how to make their sub? I waited until she finished the other couples subs and another customer came in. She asked me if she could do his before mine since she has to clean the whole station anytime she uses that bread. So I patiently sat down and waited. Keep in mind she has my wife’s sub behind the counter this whole time! After she was done with that customer, she asked if I still wanted my sub? Yup, still hungry. She said she would start on it. After a few minutes another customer walks in and she starts helping them. I walk over there and she asks again if I still wanted my sub? She says she will start it after this one because she needs to clean her station whenever she uses that bread. So I wait. She finshes up and then asks me what sub and size again since she forgot? I told her again and she starts asking what I wanted on it, so I read the description off their sign menu for her. She even asked me multiple times, so I read it multiple times. I finally got my sub after 45 minutes. My wife got a soggy 45 minute old tuna sub. I feel bad for whoever invested so much money into this place to make it look nice. Oh yea. Both bathrooms were wicked nasty. Towels flowing out of trash onto floor, urine all over floor in puddles and toilet looked like it had never been cleaned in its life.

The 2 young people that were serving the front were working their hearts out!! But still courteous and friendly. Great job! The line was long and backed out the door. Thank you! However the men’s bathroom had been ruined by a customer . Come on people! Grow up! Don’t trash what isn’t yours!

one of the nicer Subways I have visited. i was driving along 22OR and hungry – gave it a try and i was not disappointed. they seemed to be quite busy (good business = happy attendents).

I was on a long trip and Subway was nice enough to let me use their restroom which was very clean and it smelled of fresh bread in the restaurant so two thumbs up for Subway along a long stretch of highway with no bathrooms!

The reason I am giving 2 stars for atmosphere is because when we arrived, we had arrived during a busy time. There was literally a line out the door. There were two young women working, one of whom was clearly the person in charge. As the line grew, the dark haired girl assumingly in charge, suddenly told the blonde girl that she needed a break, counted a bunch of money on the counter and left. Leaving the blonde girl alone to help the long line of customers, many of which left after the dark haired woman left leaving the blonde girl alone. The blonde girl left alone was amazing! She remained calm and helped each customer as if they were the only ones there. About half way through our order, the dark haired gal returned and proceeded to berate the blonde girl helping us for not counting tips and why there weren’t more available (in front of a line of customers). So rude! I hope upper mgmt or the owner reads this and addresses the situation accordingly.

All napkin holders were empty. Lids were empty. Veggie bins in cooler were empty. Bathrooms were dirty.

Also of note. There was a third person wandering around the back in the kitchen area in their pajamas not really doing anything.

Service took way longer than necessary. employees were more concerned with chatting with each other than making sandwiches. My family had to wait over 30 minutes when there were only two people in line in front of them.

I ordered 2 sandwiches online.They were supposed to be ready at 5:30 PM.My husband showed up.They knew nothing about it.My credit card got charged.Still didn’t know anything about it. And to add to the frustration, I can’t get the manager’s number.I have to go in in the morning and I’m sick.So I expect to free sandwiches and my money back.And if those are not given to me I will continue to post on here about how bad service you have online.
