I walked in they had 3 staff members on the floor working the line and no customers. I asked for the meat ball pepperoni sandwich and she had both containers of meatballs empty. She proceeded to pull a fresh container out of the freezer and started putting them on my sandwich I knew right then and there I was ganna be upset i almost walked out. 16$ dollars later and 5-10 seconds in the toaster my meatballs are icy cold still had to put the entire sandwich in the microwave cooking my lettuce. It just really bothers me that when they have no one in the store they couldn’t think to have restocked the meatballs its supposed to be a hot sandwich I know there supposed to be pre cooked but I have gotten sick from there cold meatballs before I would honestly ask for a refund but there incompetent behavior makes me feel like they would not be able to process that

I accidentally ordered from this Subway when I live 4 hours away. I had ordered there once before when I was traveling through. They refused to refund my order because “the food had already been made.” I obviously was not able to pick it up, so I paid for food to go in the trash. That’s a horrible way to treat a customer. I will never order from this Subway ever again if I am in the area. The manager very easily could have given me my money back, but she refused to.

Okay, so maybe this Refresh thing has restored my faith in Subway. It does count for a couple of the stars.
But really this five star review is for the excellent customer service received from Taylor and Josh. Very polite and friendly all while being efficient and crafting several very nice sandwiches off the new menu.

I have visited this Subway twice in the last week and received excellent service both times. They made the sandwiches just as desired, everything tasted great, and the fountain soda was pretty good.
Plenty of parking and seating here. This is a great location and I’ll be sure to return. Thanks, Albany Subway!

I order from Subway a fair amount when I am on the road for business. I like to get the Turkey with Double Meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise.
The Albany location is super close to my office and very easy to see from Pacific Boulevard SE (99E) and has ample parking.
I usually order using the phone app which is as easy as it gets. Never a problem with the order or the pickup time.
Super friendly staff at this location.

Ordered chicken bacon on flatbread. Veggies lacked freshness. Not best Subway I’ve had but also not worst.

I will not return to this subway location. Two times in a row I have been there and they were out of roast beef but for some reason the other Subway locations in Albany have it. When I asked to sub for a different meat, they said that’ll be a two dollar extra charge even though they are out of roast beef that normally comes on the sandwich. I asked why they can’t substitute when they are out of the meat that comes on my sandwich and they said they are not allowed to do that, it’ll be two dollars extra. On top of that, the sandwiches are made very sloppily and spill out everywhere. I’d recommend going to a different location, costumer service here is terrible.

If I could rate it lower I would. Employees were standoffish towards customer. Fellow customer made comment about writing name on sandwich as they had a munch piling up at checkout. Employee said “we know which is which”. After checking out, I received a sandwich from 2 orders in front of me. Awful experience all the way around.

First thing when I walked in the door the staff was greeting me with a smile and welcoming me in. I ordered a salad to help keep my body healthy while traveling for work. If you are on a road trip and want healthy options and an easy comfortable clean environment to eat in, this is a recommended stop.
