I walked out after waiting in line for 3 customers ahead of me. The one worker at the time was making the food and then handling the customers checkouts without washing her hands in between. I have a weak immune system and can’t risk having the germs from the last 3 customers (or more) in my food! It is disgusting that this employee doesn’t practice the most basic of trainings, like hand washing, to keep their community healthy.

I’m sorry but I worked at subway before and this was something else… I understand watching portions but I ordered a veggie sandwich and barely got anything on it… I asked for extra because they barely put anything in it and they said they couldn’t… I wasn’t getting a meat sandwich where it wouldn’t matter too much but a literal veggie sandwich that’s only veggies… it’s not worth the money to get a veggie sandwich with barely any veggies… I could see the bread through everything when they finished making my sandwich. Its also way different with every subway… and it’s not that I’m going to a different owner it’s the same one that is inconsistent.. I even came to this very store and the other people did it right and put what should be the correct amount on my veggie sandwich… I’m not trying to be a Karen but it’s not worth it. Customer satisfaction comes first and there’s gonna be a loss of customers if the work is inconsistent and not to the proper standards… and it’s not that I was asking for a heaping amount for extra but a tiny little three finger pinch so it wasn’t so empty :/… I understand all subways are different but come on…not in anyway did they workers try to help fix the situation either which made it even more upsetting..

The employees were great, with one changing gloves after every sandwich! This is huge, if the customer doesn’t like condiments that the last customer did- I’ve tasted onion, mustard, etc., that wasn’t on my sandwich, but the taste transferred (not today). I got deluxe(?), with 1.5 times the meat. I had a coupon, so the deluxe was almost $9.00, but I could only eat 1/3 of it bc it’s so huge and filling! You gentlemen did an outstanding job!

I’ve worked at a subway before so I know this is just laziness. If I’m paying almost 3$ for a soup atleast fill it up majority of the way… upset I tipped the lady working when she skimped. Wack.

Placed a delivery order through Grubhub and ordered my usual Subway Club w/ Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, lettuce, Cucumber, extra olives, mayo, mustard and oil. What I received is hardly what I’d consider a sub my toddler can make a better sandwich than this… This is pathetic!

I placed an order online. I got home after picking it up, and they gave some someone else’s sandwich. I wasn’t upset at first because mistakes happen. I wasn’t looking for a refund. I was willing to spend more gas to go back down there to pick up the actual sandwich I ordered. When I called the store, they told me that I had to wait until the morning. I said “what do you mean I have to wait until the morning? this is the dinner I ordered tonight.” He said his manager has instructed him to not to make my sandwich. And I can speak to his manager in the morning. I’m over here questioning what I did. I just placed an online order and paid like any other paying customer. I went on the app to see if I could get my refund and just never return to this location again, but there is NO WHERE on the app to put in an issue about your recent order. Won’t be getting Subway anymore. I should’ve read the comments.

Very disappointed, service was crap, the two guys working looked stoned and were super super slow, wouldn’t smile or even look at us, cut the bread all the way through, Temps are not right. Heck, even the radio easy all static, bad spot…

The floor behind the checkout was not clean. The supply deliveries in this area are inconsistent and local stores are frequently out off tomatoes, onions or bread options. The lone employee was courteous and did their best, including offering extra cookies since our online order was delayed.

The only reason I gave the food 3 stars is because (now usually I wouldn’t say anything but my autistic son was with me) the bread was very hard and when you bit into it it crumbled like toast. The sandwich artists, however, were super friendly, and I would totally eat there again. Thanks ladies
