I came through the drive thru on Saturday and the gal the window was so nice! She was sweet and funny and the girl that made my sandwich put OMG when I tell you Iv never been so happy with my sandwich!! I always put extra on my veggies and almost never get extra but this girl made it so perfect and it was delicious! The food is a huge part of the experience but also so is the customer service and these ladies did such a wonderful job! I think they should be recognized for that!

I always get good seevice at this Subway. Abs today I want to give a huge shout out to Heather who works around lunch time. She is always friendly, makes great sandwiches, and won’t always take a tip. She’s a winner!

I stopped by this Subway store on 11/19/24 approximately 4:30 AM. First of all the kiosk was not working to place my order. Second the person working there did nothing to help get my order placed, I had to drive up to a small window opening and yell for them even though numerous times the looked out the window and saw there was a problem. Third the sandwich I ordered was the skimpiest nothing sandwich I have ever seen. Only some of what I had asked to be put on my sandwich was on it but when you ash for “heavy “ on an item I would at least expect a standard amount. What a waste of $9.99. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for a meal.

Waited almost 15 minutes in the drive thru after paying and then the order wasn’t correct. 3 sandwiches and each one has an error; wrong bread, missing veggies and missing sauces. Very frustrating!

Not sure why I keep giving subway chances. This one did not get my order right at all. Gave me the wrong cookies and could not even toast my sub when I asked. Like my sub is not even good not being toasted. Such a waste of money .

For a 24 hour service,especially at night they either 2 things. The worst or understaffed. I like to be optimistic, I think they need more staff or better training. 30 minutes for a sandwich is unacceptable.

I got a toasted chicken bacon ranch, a little skimpy but I could handle that. The other sandwich(which was supposed to be a black forest ham that ended up being an Italian BMT) that wasn’t even toasted or anything, came out of the wrapper looking and tasting burnt. I just want to know who in their right mind could look at that and say, “yea! That’s some great looking, fresh tasting, cooked to perfection bread”. Let me down immensely.

Monece and charisma working 8/20/2024 during 6:40 DO NOT wash their hand or switch their gloves in between customers I noticed and asked them both to switch gloves they both did which is good but the fact I had to even ask first is disturbing when I first came in charisma was making sandwiches for each person in line and not finishing each order first I don’t know if she was trying to be fast or what but it just kept people waiting longer let’s be forreal when she got to me I told her she hasn’t even changed her gloves and there was already customers waiting to be checked out when Monece started making my sandwich I noticed there was sauce all in the lettuce on my sandwich which was disgusting so I just asked their names and left I mean common do better like your customers are standing right in front of you
