This location is completely broken down. They have a partially assembled coffee maker that has never been in use in the several times I have visited. Even in the morning. The drink area is completely broken down and deserted. Brown veggies and overall the atmosphere is very poor. Not sure how this store is still open. The employees have been nice, but something has got to be done with the store.

Both locations have crap customer service here in West salem. I’m pretty sure it’s the same owner. Don’t go here if you want any of the workers to make eye contact with you.

The employee turned his back to me while my sandwich was toasting. He pulled out his phone and started texting. I don’t care if they’re on the phone but he didn’t take off his gloves. They were the same ones he kept on while tossing veggies onto the sandwich
There’s a saying about phones being dirtier than a toilet.
Then the stupid decision to hide the meats?? Why is the meat cover all metal instead of see through plastic/glass? I have no idea how good the meat looked. It’s like they’re hiding how it probably doesn’t look so fresh.
I don’t believe the BS about keeping it colder or fresher. This location keeps the metal lid open the entire day
I could not see the sandwich at all until it was out of the toaster and ready for veggies. If there wasn’t a giant metal cover I would have seen that the employee gave me the wrong type of chicken! The #20 sandwich is supposed to come with rotisserie chicken. Not grilled/sliced chicken

You know when you have one minor bad experience and you think “oh I’ll try it again I can’t possibly be screwed over twice.” Yeah, I was wrong.
First time I ordered from them they shorted me so I only received 4/8 cookies I ordered.
THIS TIME, I ordered my sandwich toasted and it came cold with raw bacon, not toasted at all, meat not warmed up, nothing.
It’s like having water dumped on you while you’re sleeping then when you wake up, you get slapped.
Called the store as well, asked if there was issues with their toaster oven or microwave and was told there wasn’t.

Have more issues with this location, but stupid me keeps going back. Tonight, ordered two footlongs and a new oreo cookie. We’ll, no cookie in the bag. Went back inside and the guy hadn’t a clue what I was talking about. Mind you, the oreo cookie was being advertised in the store. Gave us chocolate cookies, but I’m just tired of the laziness and poor service this location seems to excel at.

I ordered from the app twice today. I didn’t get what I ordered. The first order earlier in the day was not right. I didn’t complain. When I ordered a second time later in the evening, it had almost nothing that I ordered. I asked for a wrap and I got flatbread. I ordered other things to be added to the order and I didn’t get any of it even though I paid extra. When I took the food back, the kid argued with me and I just threw the food in the trash. I hate wasting food but I do not like bread. This is ridiculous. Not going back to this place.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. When I arrived at 1:30, the young new female employee was the only one working, was stressed out and took it out on me. I ordered a pickleball club and at the end she slathered it with aioli when I asked for mayo, then when I pointed this out she angrily remade my sandwich. This time, she did not put pickle or turkey, put 1 piece of ham and the wrong cheese…so i was treated like garbage and paid $7 for the wrong sandwich. I will never go back. This is not this girls fault, or the general manager… this is a district management/ franchise owner issue. Care about your customers and employees enough to ensure both are satisfied…allow enough hours/ budget for proper staffing and training.

I ordered a sandwich and the bread smelled and tasted like chocolate chip cookies. I’m not sure if they baked them at the same time in the oven or the pan was cross contaminated, but it was not a pleasant experience.

The employees were super sweet and we were all talking about the ice cream place up the road. They had no problem taking my coupon that I got in the mail and the food was good and looked fresh. My friend had some questions about sauces and she gave her best suggestions. They gave us the time of day with a smile and jokes to come along with! Great subway!
