We were waiting to be helped when the gentleman in front of us was having trouble with his app. The lady behind the counter grabbed his phone with her gloved hands and then set his phone down on the food surface. She finished his sandwich and grabbed his phone again. Then without changing her gloves she grabbed our bread and started our sandwiches. We were grossed out and left…. completely unsanitary and disgusting.

I immediately left once I saw the cleaning practices. If you use spray cleaner on glass case, it’s literally spray particulates of cleaner onto the food. Thats a hard pass for me. Get your shit together

I called ahead and the customer service last was really nice and she listened well. When I received my sandwich it was the way I wanted it. She did an awesome job listening how I wanted my food and making it correctly. Good job!

Went to get a sandwich and the store was not busy. She asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted and i clearly said no. When she asked if I wanted veggies I saw she had toasted it. I said oh I said no on the toasted. She clearly made the mistake then was extremely rude the entire time and you’ll see on camera she threw my sandwich for the guy to ring me out. He was very nice and respectful. I thought okay maybe faith is having a bad day and I took the time to run to the atm and bring a $20 dollar tip. I came back in and thought maybe this would brighten her day and she didn’t even say thank you. As I left the second time another customer said she’s just rude like that. I mean I’ve had bad customer service but this was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever came across. You can see on the camera I said NO I don’t want it toasted! I probably even shook my head no. But what I don’t understand was her being extremely rude to me because of her mistake. I first wanted to write a good review because the guy that was working was so kind and made up for her. But after I tipped $20 and didn’t even get a thank you I figured I would go ahead and write exactly what happened. I won’t be going to this location as long as faith is there. I asked the guy what her name was. And I’ll never forget it. I threw my sandwich away and skipping dinner. You have got to know your employee is like this and still have her working. Waste of money time and gas! I’m calling corporate because she has three other reviews and still treating people the same rude way. There is some other things and comments she made which I won’t post online but definitely telling corporate.

WORST SUBWAY EVER!!! I did the order pick up and when I went in they hadn’t even started on my sandwich.. they started about 15 mins later, the girl barely added chicken and did not add bacon even though that’s what the sub comes with. When the guy gave me the sub I told him I didn’t see the girl add bacon so he added some uncooked bacon !!! They are so lazy and should not be on the clock.

Faith, Marcos and Andrew never seem to fail me here. My food always comes out amazing and they even are super good with their customer service. Super nice crew.
