I have always bragged about how good the subway was in seaside. Not today. I ordered online. Added 50 percent meat on a foot long. Monterey cheese. The sandwich came with shredded cheese and not very much meat.

i would give 5 stars but both times i went there 2 different workers didnt know how to make their sandwich. they need to be taught again how to make sandwiches. you wouod think with a pizza sub they would spread the sauce onto the bread… not put the pepperoni down then the sauce.. insane.. and they both did it like they need to go through the learning process again

This woman on the picture is amazing worker! Every time we visit Oregon we stopped for lunch here. every business should have workers like her to go up! I I’m serious . Hard working lady, always sweet, positive and professional with every customer(it’s was big line today 6 ppl) Sep. 28.20 around 7pm. Good job guys. Always wanted to write and tell thank you for great service. The young men was great too.

First of all, no foot-long cookies
One of our sandwiches was completely messed up . Kids asked for a cold sandwich. Got only ham and some other type of sauce, didn’t even ask for.
Buy one get free coupon didn’t work and the guy had no idea how to fix it or how to make it (using App)
2nd Sandwich had no cheese, and the order was totally wrong.
Moral of the tale, never come back here

That young man was ALONE and running all functions of the store during an emergency. He deserves a raise. People like me who still don’t have power were there and he worked his butt off. He needs a raise and a bonus.

Completely wrong order not once but twice for our office. When a staff member called to correct it they were incredibly rude and hung up on her while she was talking. When she went in to the store to get a remake or refund for the sandwiches they said they’d call the police on her and she’s not welcome there! She asked what she’d done wrong and again asked for a remake or refund. They finally refunded but absolutely awful customer service experience.

Look it’s a Subway you know what’ you’re getting. There is no way that you should order your food unless you use the app. I know that it’s annoying, but if you walk in here without ordering in advance, then you can expect to with 20-30 mins easy to get your order. It takes long and unless you’re lucky enough to get the one or two employees that give a crap, then buckle up and prepare for a long wait time.

I was the only customer in the entire store. Stood at cash register waiting for almost 10 minutes while he filled a bunch of online orders. My sandwich would take about 1.5 minutes from start to checkout, but sure let’s ignore the live customer and make sandwiches for people picking up later. The least you could do is tell me you have >10 minutes of orders to fill before wasting my time. Hungry at work, 1 star.
