Ordered a footlong sub advertised for 10.39 and when they ring me up its over $16. They are even taxing as well in a state with no sales tax. The 2 people there look at the price and go “oh that is wrong we dont do that, it rings up as $16 so its $16. Not only false advertisement without honering the price advertised they would rather throw away the food than honer the price on their wall. Dont come here.

My wife ordered my son and her self a sandwich and there was no confirmation from the order other then the money being took out of the account and no way to track the food being delivered and they never answer the phones to figure out if it’s sitting there or if it was stolen

Wow! Absolutely the best Subway experience ever. Dakota was a joy to chat with at the payment window, was helpful and patient and kind and professional. If I was looking to hire I would scoop her up in a hot minute. Subway should give Dakota a fat raise!!!

I saw that Rolando Perez Lopez wrote a review, so I am going to as well! I am not a worker here, but I do work with the general public. Now, there are somethings that are out of employees control like posters, prices, and certain things on the computer… getting upset at teenage girls who do not have control over prices and not reacting to the tantrum that you threw (yes I was in there eating when this happened) Maybe your sandwich was expensive cause you got triple meat ♀️ stop eating out if you won’t respect workers.

Ordered ahead of time and picked up. Did not realize until I got back to work with my sandwich that they used the wrong type of bread that was specified in the order. I ordered wheat and they gave me white bread.

We went to drive through and person who took the order was not pleasant or customer service oriented. We pulled up to the window & sat for 10 minutes at least and no acknowledgement that we were there. There was another woman there who came out of the back & visited with the order person then went back to the back. When we finally got our sandwiches she was abrupt and unfriendly. One of the sandwiches was to be toasted, wasn’t. The last time we were at the drive thru on Mothers Day a year ago and the person refused to take our order because we didn’t know the drive through speaker had been fixed.

I ordered a teriyaki chicken foot long and what I got was a veggie sandwich with about 4 pieces of chicken without the avocado and buffalo sauce that I asked for the jalapeños taste awful worst experience ever the customer service pretty bad!!

Quite literally had one of the best sandwiches made today. I ordered door dash which usually ends in the worst experience ever from other restaurants but this time it was the perfect amount of everything and was soooo good.

I love subway, but the service was terrible and I just left.Work on your customer service, makes a difference. Try to be friendly, or get a different job that requires zero interaction with other people. Not coming back.

Went to Subway got a sandwich for a friend brought my son with me and got a sandwich for him and a sandwich for myself and all three are awesome and my sandwich was delicious I got a roast oven roasted turkey added some bacon and my favorite veggies and I’m loving the sandwich. The lady that helped us was awesome so I gave them a great tip I thought they deserved for the great work they were doing.
