I ordered a wrap sandwich that cost $10, which is more than the average sandwich but I’m still willing to purchase it. When I went to this store to pick up my sandwich (I had a free sandwich promo if I bought one), it was made very skimpy and I was unsatisfied not because of the bread type change that they have experienced as of late, but because of the sheer skimpyness and lack of the items/toppings that I was ordering on the sandwich. I had more jalapenos more yellow peppers more olives more spinach and I didn’t get more on any of those and it was less at best. (More meaning extra, and less meeting light.) I took pictures and it was not worth $2.50 per half sandwich let alone $5.00‼️ I contacted corporate and they sent me an apology email and that’s it, no partial refund no free chips or free drink coupon or anything. I’m going to try to report it to the better Business bureau because that sandwich is really small wait till you see the pictures. I wouldn’t recommend going to this particular store. I even took a bite out of it two bites even and I realized how small the half sandwich was, and I tried to get it remade or partial/full refund, and she refused and said that I needed to contact corporate. The better Business bureau will have something to say about it.

No fountain drinks available. All bottled drinks in the cooler were room temperature. Veggies looked like had been sitting out and weren’t cold on the sandwich. Will not be returning to this location again.

This Subway turned out to be particularly good. My sandwich was just a tad more toasty than other restaurants, and that much better. The service was outstanding; the restaurant well stocked and clean, and the staff is pleasant and friendly.
Horseradish has vanished from the menu lately, a serious loss for the roast beef sandwich lover. Still a great place to eat though.

Went this evening and had a pretty terrible experience. Employee was less than inviting. The sandwiches were made on bread that was undercooked and flat, due to that the toppings were all falling out the side so bad it was hard to even take a bite. The employee did not seem to care at all about any of this and just wanted to throw the sandwiches together carelessly and move on. I’ve been to many subways and have never experienced this sort of carelessness. I will absolutely not come back to this location after today! I feel like we wasted on money on something I could have made just as terribly, if not better at home.

I ordered a spicy italian today. I’ve been ordering this for 20 years from Subways all over the place, so I know how they are supposed to be made. 10 slices of salami, 10 of pepperoni.
Except this time I ordered and only got 6 of each. Not sure if this is a training issue or if it’s the policy of this franchisee, or if it’s global, but… no matter whose fault, not cool.

Purchased 2 sandwiches on May 5th at 4:30pm. Both the ladies working there provided exceptional customer service. Extremely polite, friendly, accommodating, really positive attitudes and very kind hearted, made great conversation. Totally made my day! The sandwiches were fresh & delicious too. I don’t know thier names but I’d like to say thank you to them for such a happy experience stopping by there

Biggest problem is staffing. Who has only one person running the lunch rush on a Friday?! What is the point of ordering online if you just have to watch your sandwich being made anyway?! I could have saved my time pre-ordering and just walked in. Probably wouldn’t be as bitter about the experience either.

People are nice and it’s not very busy but when it is busy you should expect to wait in line forever since the sandwiches now take 10 min a piece to make. Super understaffed but good people. Foods good

I love subway as it is yummy food and it is relatively healthy as it isnt deep fried. I noticed a small drop in quality as my bread was burnt a little and made it taste weird but i also noticed that they were moved around a little bit and were adjusting to some change in location of materials. I hope this doesn’t happen again but overall was still subway, just with a little burnt bread.
