They don’t have any Veggie patty -⭐️. The atmosphere is not welcomed and washrooms are not clean -⭐️ for that. Other wise all is good .

The veggies are always fresh and the soda machine is always clean. I’ve been to other locations before where there’s fruit flies in the dispenser and moldy veggies in the case. Super appreciative of how much the manager and employees care here

Entered the store and no one was there to attend for at least 2-3 minutes.
Visited on 18 Nov, 2023 at lunch time (very disappointed with the service)
Under staffed.
Frustrated single staff without any break.(she complained. She was handling lots of online orders, cleaning etc.. with out breaks)
I asked for 2 sandwiches and she said she can only make one(with frustration-later she understood the mistake).
I had driven 3 miles to get there, so by requesting she made 2 finally(Thanks to her) Felt sorry for her.
Disappointed about the management.

Sandwich was fine but felt rushed and service not friendly. Neither smiled. I felt like I was bothering them. Gave 2 Stars for the filthiest restroom I’ve ever seen. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

It was surprised stop. Meet with excellent customer service. Amazing help to make decisions: what kind bred to and meat on it. Toasted or not. What kind sauce to apply… WoW she also speak my native language I think I will make extra round just to stop by again. LOVE IT

Walk in, and nobody’s at the counter. Temperature inside is over 75 degrees. Got my food and have to throw it away, the meat is super warm. Ask to use the bathroom.. Haven’t been cleaned in a couple days. I think. Cashier seems to be annoyed to have to get off their phone to help. Hope the owners sees this.

I visited this location at 1:30pm on 5/26 and had such a great experience I really felt the need to post this. So often lately I feel like employees working in the food industry are grumpy and irritated to be working. The young lady that made my salad today was such a breath of fresh air! She was upbeat, polite, kind, and helpful. She cut up all the veggies (that doesn’t always happen) and didn’t rush me through the line. She noticed that heating my chicken created extra water and took care to drain it off before adding it to my salad. I would just like her to know (and maybe her boss) that I would definitely drive out from my hometown (Canby) to visit this location more often if these are the kinds of employees this subway hires. She is a gem! Thank you for the great experience!
