I wanted to compliment Jonathan at the 8263 SW Wilsonville Rd Suite B Subway. The company I worked for placed an online order for over 30 sandwiches. When we arrived to Subway to pick up the sandwich’s, we realized Jonathan was the only employee there. Despite the stress/overwhelming feeling of being the only employee and making a lot of sandwiches, Johnathan was very kind and professional. My coworker and I were very impressed how calm and friendly he was in a stressful situation like that. I know I would have been overwhelmed. Thank you Johnathan for your amazing customer service and getting all of those sandwiches done. Sorry that it was only you at the store. I hope the company recognizes your hard work and excellent customer service. You deserve a raise and promotion.

Relatively new store in a relatively new shopping center in this fairly fast-growing part of wilsonville. This was my first visit to this location, but I have nothing negative to put forth and in every other way it met the expectations of the Subway franchise store, so I’m giving it five stars overall.

Again subway four stars because it’s a go-to for a couple basic choices I like. They make a meatball sub with some pepperoni they call “The the Boss”. Despite the tuna controversy, I am into their tuna sub as well with extra cheese. I still feel like Subway is a nice experience of hand picking every detail of your sandwich. I feel like the drinks offer taste for everyone. They’re cookies are cravable and I get one free on Friday if I remind them it’s free cooking day. Don’t ever order a cheese steak from Subway. You are experience will be one of confusion and disappointment. They will never be able to do a cheesesteak unless they change their meat and use a grill like Jersey Mike’s.

We ended up being 25 mins late for a pickup and they hadn’t started our order yet. Someone came in while I was waiting and they also had an online order that was not started. The staff was nice and apologetic. Hope that it was just a one off.

To the poor service worker that was there was left completely alone, he was trying his best, but he was left without any help. I placed an online order, waited 20 minutes, came in and it wasn’t done, with 5 people waiting in line. I asked for a refund and unfortunately the worker didn’t know how. He wasn’t trained all the way. I don’t know what kind of trashy management treats their employees like that. Close your store if you can’t staff it properly. I will never come back to this store. Whatever half-rate human that owns this subway should be ashamed that they allow their restaurant to run like that.

None of my toppings were in my sandwich. Subway has been going downhill for a long time. Bread was dry, veggies had lots of hard chunks of seeds in them, and Noone came to the counter for a few minutes after I walked in.
