I had bad experience.
I came to order a sub. The employee girl was very rude. She didn’t have a name tag on her but i remember she had braid and black hair.
She was very annoying and felt like she wasn’t into her work. She didn’t greets the customer. She was acting like ordering a sub is crime in TA subway.
I was rude and didn’t made my sub in a good way. Veggies were not put in properly. I asked little extra Siracha souce. And she squeezed the bottle like she gonna dump it all on it.
Then i asked to cut my sub into half and pack separately she was like you have to tell me earlier. I haven’t opened it yet.
Then there was a white girl. Her name started with letter M.
She was sweet and she packed my sub separately and thanked her for that.
The two stars are for M named girl. Otherwise i would have given zero star

Rachelle – the best sandwich maker i ever seen, she made my sandwich so beautiful & so clean. Her store was super clean, each n’ every container was fresh& clean. She deserve 5star rating for her good job. Really a nice❤hearted person. God Bless You Dear

Store said open on google, we went to it and then when we got there the door was unlocked and open and the businesses were running. Extremely rude old lady came out telling us that they weren’t open treating us like we were stupid telling us they weren’t open. Then in a super rude tone once again asked us how we got in, up to this point we were super respectful and understanding but the way we’re were being treated was unacceptable so I called her out and told her she didn’t have to be so rude. Her response was “right back at you” then she walked away. Terrible service. Everything indicated they were open, maybe lock the door next time or don’t be surprised when customers walk in. Just checked the time that we got there, they open at 9 we walked in at 9:10

I asked for a protein bowl, and wanted the whole bowl full of cucumbers and tomatoes. With one tray of rotisserie chicken on top. The service worker denied me of filling the bowl with cucumbers and tomatoes. Her excuse was, that they were expensive. Saturday July 19th 9:30am. I have been getting the bowl full of cucumbers and tomatoes for about a year, all over the country. She flat refused to fill the bowl full of cucumbers and tomatoes. Seriously, I used to be a chef, cucumbers and tomatoes are not that expensive. Horrible service, all the other subways charge me $11 or $12 dollars for that bowl. Which i am glad to pay. Damn.. If I see that person in there ever, i will never go there again. Refuse to give a bowl of vegetables. Unreal..

I went to the subway this morning. I asked the white lady for foot-long Italian cheese. She said I can give you 2 /6 inches. I can’t give you full long. I said OK and then she charged me $22 for foot long That’s ridiculous like we just have eggs and turkey that’s it and they charge you $22. This is ridiculous. They charged your money.way to much stay away from this place

Please change the closing time because I went to buy at 8:20 pm on 12/01/2022 and they did not dispatch me because they say it was closed. Please change the Google hours because they will be before time, thanks.

They’ve changed… used to be great customer service and sandwiches. Now they are barely understandable and the sandwiches are a complete mess. They also DONT TAKE COUPONS and acted like they never have even though I used one there a few weeks ago. Would not recommend.

Horrible! 30 min in line…. the heavy set girl with the glasses was slow. Only 2 people in front of me and she’s acting like everyone wants to chat and she wants to do everything other then make the sandwiches during lunch time. Never again at this subway. She’s horrible

Why would you have only one person working midday on a Sunday in the middle of summer at a travel plaza/truck stop?! Unbelievable. Stood in line for 45 minutes.
