Have ordered the Fit sandwich twice now with double meat. Picked up sandwich only to get home and discover hardly any meat AT ALL. See picture Paid extra for nothing. So disappointed…

Came here to get a footlong sub meal, upon getting home to eat my sandwich and after dragging my infant out in the pouring down rain this is the sandwich I received! It looked like the person making it had used their hand to squash it down when cutting it as the bread is as flat as a pancake! If I wanted flatbread, I would’ve ordered the flatbread! I tried calling prior to eating the sandwich and no one picked up the phone, I tried calling again that evening around 9:45 and no one picked up the phone again, I then tried calling the next morning and yet again the phone just rings and rings. It’s impossible to see at the time when they’re making sandwiches as the glass is covered with a vegetable sticker and there’s also a large piece of metal that blocks the glass from customer view completely. I’ll be coming in next week once I’m back in town to request a remake as the flatbread is NOT what I ordered!

Ive really grown to hate this location. Its supposed to be open 24hrs. I get off work late and often times pick up food on my way home. There has been several instances where ive came to this place to find the door locked when its supposed to be open. No note on the door no nothing just locked. I tried calling and the phone is off. Also, no online orders. Why have your hours as 24hrs if this is how you handle business. Absolutely ridiculous.

Super fast, super convenient always fresh bread and fresh ingredients. The team is polite and helpful and let the customer know they are the number one priority. Haven’t been let down yet.

I used the online delivery app for pick up and paid extra for more meat. By the time I opened my sandwich for lunch, there was a mere 4 slices of turkey! Good thing I paid for “double meat” because I only would have gotten 2 slices?! I attempted calling the store for a quick resolution as I work in the same Plaza, however after multiple attempts there was nobody answering their phone. I reached out to customer care online and that was not only a challenge, but also a shameful attempt on their part of eventually email telling me “my issue was resolved”
Nothing was resolved and I went hungry that evening. Don’t waste your time with this location, there is no care, no effort, and no follow up here.

The kids that work at this shop don’t pay any attention to what they’re doing especially when it comes to online orders. Drive 2 mins down the road to a different one or your order will come out wrong. Worst Subway in the area.

Ordered my food from your website at the Cherry Park Road in Troutdale, went to pick up my food and your doors are locked. Says on the doors 24 hours. Why would it let me order food but then you guys not be open?
