I have not been here for months. They took the metal covers off so you can see again, very nice. There was a few other things they have changed. The lady that assisted me was great. I think one of the best sandwich artists (isn’t that what they are called?) I have ever had and any Subway ever. She knew what she was doing, understood what I wanted, was friendly. A perfect lunch. I asked for extra spinach because I don’t order lettuce and also extra tomatoes, I asked for a single line of Sriracha and also one of vinegarette and there was a tiny bit of Sriracha, not even a line and no vinegarette, barely any spinach and normal amout of tomatoes. The bacon wasn’t even toasted like I asked.

The staff was very rude at this location. There is a much nicer Subway location right across the street and if you have any issues they will go out of their way to make it right.

It was 8:30pm and the restaurant was very low volume at the time.

Subway has been advertising their app for customers to use and try out BUT beware!!

I ordered two sandwiches to be picked up at 9:15pm. I ordered ahead so there wouldn’t be a problem.

I explained to the lady manager there that I was early but was met with a rude attitude and ultimately sent away.

I attempted to show manager the confirmation of my order that I had already paid for (and had added a tip that was not removable WHICH SHOULD BE FIXED in the app) but was met with the manager screaming “Alls I can say is I DON’T have any orders!” I then was sent away with the explanation I must have ordered from the other store and to GO THERE.

At this time it was 8:55pm and the other store closed at 9:00pm. So I raced across the street to have that very nice staff take 30 seconds to confirm that I was at the correct location the first time. They then called the other location to explain the situation. They had even offered to make it right even though most of their supplies were put away because they were closing.

I would have just canceled the order and avoided the Walmart Subway but because I used the app everything was “pre-approved” I didn’t want to be charged for a no show order!!

I drove back to the Walmart Subway to find the manger making my two sandwiches and was told “The orders only just now came through.”

I watched my sandwiches (which took another 20 minutes to be finished) being wrapped up without gloves on the table right where the cash was being handled. She had a HUGE problem taping the sandwiches together and the ultimately unwrapped before we got home. When the manager finished my sandwiches she simply held up the bag saying nothing but just stared at me until I got up and walked to grab them. I grabbed the bag and said “Thank you” as she turned and walked away. No apologies or a “Thank you for coming” no “I’m sorry for the confusion” just more attitude.

I first gave my review to the Subway Corp to give them a chance to make it right but was contacted by the store owner Mr. Broberg with auto generated email message that stated “I’m sorry you didn’t feel like your visit was was positive.”

At the end of the day we ate leftovers for dinner and wasted $30+ on premium sandwiches that were made using unsanitary practices and we didn’t trust eating after the attitude we received.

I sure the manager simply didn’t know how to use the system and obviously was in no shape to be in charge of the restaurant customer service. She simply could have spent 30 seconds to look at my phone to see my order on the app but refused. Even after seeing I provided a 15% tip for a premade takeout order.

The owner asked for further explanation in email but apparently had zero intention to follow up.

I will never go back, would suggest not using the app, and going to the Subway across the street. You likely will be treated as an valuable customer there.

I have come here 4 times in the past 3 months and each time I have to call out for assistance as they are in the back. The toaster oven is ALWAYS broken, so there are no hot sandwiches. The attitude of staff has been poor to rude each visit. I do not recommend this location for your meals. Go to the subway across the street.

So apparently my family of 6 is to much for them! When we walked in and they asked, “how many sandwiches?” We said, “8”. They said, “Oh, um, you should of called that in. We only make 4 at a time per order.” Really! So you will only feed a few of my kids but not all because making too many sandwiches is to hard for you! Ridiculous!!!! Never ever again. Pretty sure Dairy Queen, Burger King, Mcdonalds or any other restaurant would not require a family to call ahead. Nor, would they make me feel like my family is a problem! So, if you have a large family well you better call ahead because you’ll be to much of an inconvienece. 0 stars! 0

Omg.. possibly the worst sandwich I’ve ever received!! The new ciabatta steak was horrible!! Barely any meat .. dry as a bone and the girl touched her hat with her gloves on right before she made it.. almost 7 bucks wasted.. gross!

I ordered a sub sandwich and noticed that when the associate was putting my lettuce, onions, and tomatoes on that there was bugs (nats) flying around all over the vegetables and on the inside of the glass. The trays of vegetables were not individually covered like most Subways. When I brought that to his attention he said that’s because the glass window lid has been open for while. I said sorry but I will pass and walked off.

I worked at subway for over 5 years as manager and this is the first time ive been to subway since i left over a year ago. I was not dissapointed. Andrew made our sandwich perfectly. Better than the majority of people ive worked with. Great job dude! 7-8-19. 6pm
