The shop is small.

Ordered online for this location, arrived to get 4 sandwiches which we were ready and waiting but never saw an employee. Sadly when I got them home to my family there are barely any ingredients inside them. Pictured below was supposed to be a subway club. 2 strips of bacon, 1 piece of ham on each side and 1 piece of ham…. Really for 13.99 a sandwich? Went to this location because it was close to my job. Will never go here again waste of money.

I had several ingredients I wanted extra of and I didn’t get any extra.
Gee I wonder if that’s because I couldn’t, you know….. tell the person what I wanted and watch him make it.
I hope whoever came up with this kiosk idea got fired and I hope they either get rid of these kiosks or just go out of business.

The lady who made my sandwich was unbelievable rude! Not even a hello, what kind of veggies, just stares at you until you speak. She has been rude before, so this is no surprise. There is another lady who is very kind and this review is no way explains the service I get from her.

I went in to the location in upper boones ferry road on sunday and I was greeted by Julian. I told him that I was hsving trouble placing an online order, and if he could help me because I wanted to redeem a promotion.
He was absolutely so nice and patient and we ended up figuring out how to use the coupon!!
The sandwiches he made were absolutely amazing and done perfectly how I wanted them!!

Thank you so much. I had to get a replacement sandwich and felt super bad doing so and the female sandwich artist that assisted me was super helpful. She did an amazing job making a new sandwich for me and it also seems she may have gone over and beyond when making this replacement sandwich! Thanks for the amazing food, I will recommend it to my grandmother and her bingo friends the next time everyone comes over for a potluck! I’ll make sure to tell them about your superb sandwich making skills and sure enough in a couple weeks, your subs will be the talk of the town!
