I am not sure what happened but our sandwiches were the worst we have ever had at your location. We normally eat 3 times a month and never had sandwiches so terrible. The bread was old and the veggies were wet and old. It’s difficult to have dry and soggy at the same time but somehow last nights staff was able to pull it off.

Ordered a $9.00 Turkey and Ham Salad w/Honey Mustard Dressing through Doordash. Item shows up with NO meat and NO dressing. So I figure everybody makes a mistake so I get the credit through Doordash and order it again. You guessed it Item shows up with NO Meat, NO Cheese, and NO Dressing. I’m a little confused on how you can screw up that bad. So I get the food credit through Doordash, but I’m still out delivery fees and tip to the delivery driver that had nothing to do with making the order.

Stood here for nearly 10 minutes while they made a ton of Uber eats orders and drive thru. I ended up leaving. If you’re in a hurry, go to Jimmy John’s a block away. Took less than 3 minutes.

Came in here to order some lunch, stood there for three minutes before being acknowledged as the staff was too busy being huddled in a circle in the drive through area talking shit about customers and their orders. Despite Jimmy John’s being way more expensive as they often don’t have coupons, their service is a million times better as well as the freshness of their food! Will not be back to this location!

Stood here for 1 hour waiting for them to start my mobile order I placed 30 minutes before arriving. They continued making walk-in orders without starting our mobile order, even after multiple times asking. I asked the employee again if he started my order he asked what’s your name I told him it had been sitting on the counter for ten minutes they didn’t even tell me that it was sitting there then I ask who the manager is the gentleman said I am I said your name is he said with a smart response it’s on my hat I said and what does it say he said JJ I said good to no he asked why

I noticed a sign at this location that the drive-thru was open.
I’ve never order a subway sandwich through the drive-thru before, so I ordered one of their signature sandwiches…. and it was the worst sandwich, ever!
I literally could not eat it. It was that bad.
So, this morning I went back and spoke to the manager, she was very courteous and refunded my money.
I don’t believe Subway should promote their drive-thru.
Lesson learned-
