This place sucks!! Ordered online for it to be done at a specific time. Subway.com tells me my order is ready. Only for me to get there and be told it’s gonna be another 10-15 minutes. This is how my sandwich looked

have had great experiences at this location.. so far. my only problem is they STOPPED TAKING COUPONS? are you serious?? don’t understand that. i won’t be back if this is a new thing. new owner SUCKS if they just decided to stop taking coupons.

The customer service here is always bad. The manager is constantly complaining about how busy they are, or about an order they are making. She does this in front of customers and it makes the environment awkward. She also wears sandals which seems highly inappropriate for a food establishment.

Went there today because they had a new manager and things seemed like they were getting better but tge girl there didnt seem happy she drenched my sandwhich in honey mustard and mayo and the veggies looked dead. I know they cant toss then i have been told before they need to use them before they get fresh ones. Still needs work. Im going to go back to the other one.

Really weird terrible customer service experience. Woman working there was super rude and strange, I think she had some sort of problems or mania or something. Needed to use the bathroom and she gave cryptic replies about me not using the restroom saying it wasnt public even though I was a customer and it wasn’t an employee bathroom. Came to order breakfast but had to pee and she wouldnt let me so i offered to order first and she still said no. Very strange behavior, would not recommend this location because of staff behavior. I usually don’t write poor reviews like this, so this was far outside of the norm.

Took 10 minutes to greet us, after that, he said he had 7 online orders to make before he could get to us. he was the only worker in the store and had very long hair and a mustache with no hairnet

I work right next to a Subway and drive out of my way to this location because the people here do such a great job l, take pride in their work and are so friendly. Highly recommend this location

This location continues to go down hill. My brother and I stopped for lunch on 7/13 at around 1:30pm. I ordered a 6″ Veggie and Cheese sandwich on Italian Herb & Cheese bread. I mistakenly “corrected” the attendant that I wanted Italian Herb & Cheese because it looked like plane white bread, there was no visible herbs, and only a few stray pieces of shredded cheese. Next, I requested all the veggies except for jalapenos only to find they were out of spinach, the lettuce was browning, the cucumbers were dried and cracking, the tomatoes were thin and soft… the only veggies that didn’t look days old and like crap were the banana peppers and black olives. We were the only customers in the store and decided to stay and eat. It was quite and I was enjoying a conversation when the attendant suddenly turned the music on and cracked the volume. I’m 58 and my brother is 56. I’ve nothing against hip-hop and enjoy a wide range of music, but the selection being streamed from the employee’s phone wasn’t appropriate and loud enough that we could no longer continue our conversation. I asked for the music to be turned down, and it was, however as soon as we left the employee immediately turned the music back up, loud enough I could hear it outside the store front. Every but of this experience shows a failure and disinterest by the store ownership.
