Customer service?? What is that? Wasn’t greeted, But others were after me. We got our sandwich toasted….more like burned. The bread was smoking, asked for a different sandwich and the girl argued…won’t go back. Sorry. Oh and all the tables were dirty. Not a welcoming subway.

It is YOUR responsibility to inform the guests BEFORE they order a sandwich that you are CASH ONLY. Needless to say they scanned my coupon and then informed me of this. I left empty handed- No sandwich because all I had was card and they would not refund my coupon. What a SCAM you guys have going here. Very embarrassing and bad business in general. Will not return.

The owner of this location should be ashamed of themself! I went there last Friday at about 7pm, and there was only 1 person there all alone working by herself. This poor girl not only had a line out the door, but she was also having to fill dozens of call-in and delivery orders, and run the register, and tend to the beeping machines and refilling of vegetables. I thought maybe 1 or 2 employees had called in sick, but then I was told that it “was standard” to have only 1 person on the evening shift! Not only should there be at least 1 more person there just for safety, but they should be paying her 3x minimum wage if she’s expected to do the work of all 3 jobs! She did a good job trying to make 2 to 3 call-in delivery orders with each of the walk-in orders, but I won’t be back to this location just because I’m not willing to wait 40+ minutes for a sandwich when I’m hangry.
