I’m really glad I stopped by It’s been a while since I’d craved subway but I found myself in this store twice this week. I was so happy with my first sandwich that I went back a couple of days later. Luckily for me, the same, exact, smiling, happy person, Jen, was there again. I was so happy to have a repeat of the first sandwich. She’s a pleasure to see. The store was perfectly clean and the bread was perfect. It’s so nice to be around people who enjoy their job and who have a good energy. I will be back for sure. Made a Subway App pickup order at 6:45pm. Came to the store to pick up the order at 7pm. Store was closed and only a “Go visit our Farmington Road location. I called them, and they said they would make it right. Props to that store. I called this location the next day and the District Manager said they closed due to lack of manpower. Obviously did not set themselves in the POS correctly though. My call with the store was rather unproductive and I was not offered any compensation and they literally said, “Just go to the Farmington location from now on.”

Ordered online today (10/15/25) and went to pickup. Store closed during business hours, door locked, no phone answer and paid and everything but not getting food. Was no indication of the store being closed while placing and paying for my order online. Choose a different subway and call ahead to make sure they’re open before making an online order. Won’t be coming back to this one

Ordered a tuna sandwich, toasted, via the app. As it turns out the store neither had tuna nor a toaster. And I had to travel all the way to the store to find out! Took this as an excuse to try another company, and I’m glad this happened.

Probably the most disgusting subway I’ve ever been to. I used to work for several subway franchises in Oregon and Washington and has seen my fair share. But this one takes the cake. Bathrooms are filthy and the lobby is filthy. The service is poor. They don’t wash their hands before putting gloves on between the register and making sandwiches or coming from the back. There is no rhythm to them making sandwiches so a lot of times customers will get skipped instead of finishing that customer out before starting the next one. The line was gross. They need to really deep clean or at the very least keep up with the daily cleanliness in the store as it looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The two gentleman working on 3/31/25 at around 1pm could use a reminder on customer service skills. And dipping the knives in dirty sanitizer water with floaties in it before closing a sandwich is disgusting. I could taste it in my food. If I could give zero stars I would.

Subway Tualatin Valley guy working on 6/11 around 12:30. (Said he was manager lol ) I called to tell the guy with a attitude that my sandwich was wrong. He was crazy I tried to tell him that I didn’t order tomatoes or cucumber’s. He said I was wrong then phone went dead he hung up. I called back tried to tell him I could send a picture. He was acting getto and street thug on the phone. If you look at the picture I down loaded you can see. Also what happen to the lettuce?? Expensive sandwich made by a street thug.

Just ordered delivery from here tonight and our subs were super delicious! I’ve eaten some sad, flat, soggy sandwiches at other locations and still enjoyed them but these were fresh and well-made. It felt like the person making the sandwiches actually cared about the food. Super fast to top it all off! Thanks for the great dinner!

Walked here last night. Got there at 9:37pm and they were closed? Google says yall close at 10pm. We literally would not have walked in the freezing cold had we known we couldn’t get some food. Very disappointing.
