I placed an online order for 2 sandwiches on Christmas eve that said would be ready by 7:40pm. My husband went to pick them up at 8/8:15pm and the sandwiches were not done yet. (My husband said that there was only one employee working. Really Subway?!? You were one of the only places open and there was one poor guy there!?!)
Anyways, my husband waited for a little bit and then asked if he had made our order and the gentleman said he was trying to finish them.
I ordered a Chicken bacon ranch and my husband a tuna. Both sandwiches were wrong…. both were tuna, not toasted, very soggy, wrong ingredients on both. And the one that was supposed to be mine was even labeled “CBR”. I couldn’t even eat it because it was so soggy and I’m not a fan of tuna, lettuce and tomatoes. My husbands sandwich was missing ingredients and had things he didn’t ask for.
I understand that the poor guy was by himself and extremely busy, but both sandwiches were unedible and tossed.
I’ve been trying to get a hold of a manager to fix the situation and get the correct sandwiches, however there’s no manager on duty until Sunday. So employees can’t fix the problem…
All I can say is that I feel terrible for the employee who was working, but I blame Subway. Just want the sandwiches we ordered.
I had an excellent experience thanks to Emanuel’s’ outstanding attitude and customer service. He is always friendly, positive, and genuinely made the visit enjoyable from start to finish. My sandwich was made perfectly—neat, fresh, and exactly the way I asked, with great attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about delivering great service. Employees like this make a big difference and are a huge asset to this Subway location. I’ll definitely be coming back! I had the 5 meat Italian 1 a.m 12/23. It was awesome. Thank you for being one of the few that care about what they do!

EDIT: the problem wasn’t the delivery, we were in contact with the delivery driver. It was that the order didn’t leave the store for hours. (and again it was wrong when it eventually arrived)
I knew the hair because spoke to the driver and confirmed with all the other bad reviews that night.
When the food finally arrived, the sandwich was soggy, smashed, and carelessly assembled. This was not caused by the driver but was clearly the result of poor workmanship by the store’s crew. Multiple items were either missing or wrong:
My cookie was missing
I did not receive the extra cheese I paid for
The four slices of cheese were thrown on the sandwich stuck together and unseparated, showing zero care in preparation
I once again did not receive double cheese, despite being charged for it
The Uber Eats driver specifically stated that the employees were lazy, rude, and extremely slow, which directly explains the excessive wait time and the low quality of the food.
This order shows a complete lack of quality control, professionalism, and respect for customers. Between the hour-long delay, missing items, incorrect charges, and the unacceptable condition of the food, this experience was a total failure.
Sorry edit…I got two slices of cheese after asking for extra cheese. So I got less cheese then even a normal sandwich.
The moment we walked in we were greeted by the most awesome hello and welcome in. Reggies vibe was friendly, happy and you could tell he Honestly and Genuinely loves what he does.
Friendly, mindful and an excellent salesmen as well, he upped his sales with a simple nod or smile and we were happy to add on.
Despite being almost 9pm, everything looked fresh and crisp like it had just been put out. I was able to taste the tuna and it was so good, I got a 6″ and hubby got the FL.
While Reggie was the topper to the night, I do have to mention that this Subway is open 24 hours and in our line of work, it is nice to know that we have a place to go on the way home to pick up a good sub sandwich instead of fried food.
And with Reggie behind the counter, we will always come back.
