04-2023 update. Service and quality of product assembly have gone down drastically from before. Price has gone up $3 for the 6 inch from when I ate here daily. 90% of sandwiches ahead of me, including mine were cut similar to a pita forcing all ingredients out of the sandwich and onto the paper wrapping. Only improvement is this location now serves soup, though I cannot see where it is on the counter which is a bit worrisome.
Fairly quick, even during lunch rush. Ingredients have always been fresh. Willing to work with customers for non-routine orders (putting everything in a soup bowl for child). Employees have always been friendly during each visit.
Cookie selection is limited and slightly different from another subway on base. Cost is approximately $4 more than a mainland Subway.

I went in and order same thing I always order. A chicken bacon ranch melt footlong. I got my veggies and order of 3 cookies. At the end I was charged 22.49. I noticed on my receipt I noticed it said charged and extra $4.00 for a Dlexue, so I went up to the employee and ask her, “what is this charge for?” She said because you got vegetables on your sub when it doesn’t normally come with. Correct me if I am wrong but I have never been charged $4 for vegetables. I also want to point out that I didn’t get extra protein or anything extra. Never in my life have I ever paid so much for a simple sub. I’m furious, I’m sure she is new, but still she needs to be better acquainted with pricing. As well as basic customer service, forgetting to greet, and almost had me walking out hand carrying the food without a bag.

Just saw a medium roach on the glass protector. I should’ve taken a picture. This is unsat. Where’s the preventative med techs on base at? Do they exist here. They need tho do a better job at fresh food (green peppers were old and discolored) and pest control. This is unsat.

Tonight was terrible, I placed 3 orders in order to get a deal promotion and for some reason when we came to pick it up they only made 2 out of 4 because the women was confused and thought I double ordered which wasn’t the cast and than try to fight with us to show proof of the orders because on her end she push the screen saying they were done when they were never made so we had to wait extra 30 mins for her to do our other 2 subs because she couldn’t do her job…..how hard is it to read a screen..
